Q: 1. Where can I find replacement parts for the Photoflex 2214 G?

A: You will only find parts for the Photoflex light stands from Photoflex. They have been purchased (initially they were simply going out of business), and should be able to handle your request for parts in a timely manner. Just go to their website and find contact info. I have several of those stands also, so I can certainly understand your desire to put that good stand back to work!

Q: 2. Is it works with new rx100 M7?

A: Yes.

Q: 3. How is this new version different than the prior version which is light gray?

A: Ikelite states their new white ABS-PC blend housing provides strength and corrosion free performance year with minimal maintenance. The specially formulated color deflects the sun to keep your camera running cooler, longer. Compared to black or clear housings, the light color provides superior contrast for enhanced view of the camera, LCD screen, and O-ring seal. (The older (now discontinued) Ikelite Underwater Housing for Sony Cyber-shot RX100 III Digital Camera, B&H # IK6116.12, the Ikelite Underwater Housing for Sony Cyber-shot RX100 IV Digital Camera, B&H # IK6116.14, and the Ikelite Underwater Housing for Sony Cyber-shot RX100 V Digital Camera, MFR # 6116.16, were the previous versions of the new 6116.15 housing. The previous versions were clear, not gray, in color. I did not find a gray Ikelite housing designed for use with the RX100 III, IV, and V cameras).

Q: 4. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN USING THIS SET AND Ikelite SLR Zoom Sleeve B&H # IK5509.28 MFR # 5509.28 IN A NIKON 3200/18-55mm?

A: 5509.27 is for lenses that feature a zoom ring that is up to 2.7 inches in diameter while the 5509.28 is for larger lenses that feature a zoom ring up to 3 inches. Nikon's 18-55mm lenses are smaller in diameter so we suggest using the 5509.27. It comes with friction foam that can be adhered to the spring loaded black clamp to offer a tight fit around the lens.

Q: 5. Does anyone know if this will fit in an aquatech elite housing for d750? I just need something to secure my camera.

A: Unfortunately, the SeaLife Ikelite Camera Housing Adapter for Flex-Connect Trays won't fit a housing for DSLR. It is made for small point and shoot housings.

Q: 6. Recently purchased a ikelite housing for rx100 v and recommend accessory AF35 strobe, upon receiving and open the manual which clearly states clearly that the two items are not compatible. Any solution toe retrofit?

A: Unfortunately not. The AF35's sensor cannot detect the camera's flash. We recommend paring the DS51 strobe (4044.1) with the arm (4080.05), Fiber Optic Converter (4401.1), and Fiber Optic Cord (4501). a href= http://www.ikelite.com/lighting/4044.1-ds51-strobe.html target= _blank http://www.ikelite.com/lighting/4044.1-ds51-strobe.html/aa href= http://www.ikelite.com/accessories/4080.01-ball-arm-mark-ii.html target= _blank http://www.ikelite.com/accessories/4080.01-ball-arm-mark-ii.html/aa href= http://www.ikelite.com/accessories/4401.1-fiber-optic-converter.html target= _blank http://www.ikelite.com/accessories/4401.1-fiber-optic-converter.html/aa href= http://www.ikelite.com/accessories/4501-fiber-optic-cord.html target= _blank http://www.ikelite.com/accessories/4501-fiber-optic-cord.html/a

[0.645 lb] I just received this port. I used it on two 60 ft reef drift dives in West Palm Beach. The port was mounted to my Ikelite housing and it worked great. I’m looking forward to many more dives with this port. Cozumel in March!

[0.645 lb] About 2lbs compensates for the buoyancy of the Full Size Dome Port with the Z 14-24mm S lens and I would not want to do without it. Just being able to grab a weight on the boat when I am getting my gear together really makes this an ergonomic solution that works everywhere I have been. The strong elastic strap allows use of a synched up soft weight or a traditional hard weight. The soft rubber knob threads right into the tray and makes trim arm adjustments simple. It's really the only safe way to compensate for the volume of the dome. I have seen ankle weights around the extensions and lead attached to the shade ... but that puts the strain on the DL connection points. Not where the load is designed to go! Bottom line: Quick, Easy, Seamless, and it does not risk floods like something attached to the port system.

[0.645 lb] WOW, I was rigging so much to this to make the system neutral. Why bother when Ikelite came up with this amazing yet simple design and incorporating the use of an item I woudl already have in my scuba kit...scuba weights!!!

[Black] I have one I've used for years for my Nikon 12-24 wide angle. I purchased the Nikon fisheye and it needed a different extension kit and I had to remove the shade. I bought the second dome port to use for it. Easier to have the kit pre-mounted on the correct port. Both ports work great.

[0.645 lb] A Necessity to protect your ports, especially on crowded boats.

[Black] I recently added the Sony FE 90mm f/2.8 macro to my underwater lens lineup, and this port was a must-have. I took it out Sunday afternoon for a shallow dive in Crystal River for small fish photography. The results were amazing. Beware that when placing it on the extender for the first time, you will trap air inside the housing that will pop this port back off. My solution was to unbuckle the main seal clamps on the back of the housing, so any trapped air could escape out the back. Just make sure you then check the rear o-ring for any extrusions before clamping the main plate back on.

I'm using this with a Sony A6500 and Sony FE90mm f/2.8 macro and couldn't be happier with the results! Depending on your lens selection, you may also need one of these:
