A: 5509.27 is for lenses that feature a zoom ring that is up to 2.7 inches in diameter while the 5509.28 is for larger lenses that feature a zoom ring up to 3 inches. Nikon's 18-55mm lenses are smaller in diameter so we suggest using the 5509.27. It comes with friction foam that can be adhered to the spring loaded black clamp to offer a tight fit around the lens.

Q: 5. Is this compatible with a Canon Rebel T3i?

A: Third party remote switches will also work but LANC control is not supported with the T3i.

Q: 6. Works with Panasonic FZ2500?

A: It will not. This is designed to work with camcorders that accept LANC Protocols. It will not work with the FZ2500.

Q: 7. What do i need to make this zoom controller work on my Sony RX10 IV? Thanks

A: While there are some folks experimenting with LANC remotes on this camera, we do not recommend the pairing as user feedback has largely shown that the combination does not work properly or at all.

A: Sorry but there is no remote control connection on the AG-AC8PJ therefore no remote is available for it.

Q: 9. Will this work on a Canon XA20?

A: Yes, the XA20 offers a LANC connection to work with this controller.

Q: 10. would this Libec ZFC-L remote work on jvc gy-hm250hw. thank you Bob

A: Yes, the camera has a conventional LANC connector and it will work.

[0.08 lb] Although I have not used it under actual battle conditions yet, I tested all of the functions and it seems to work properly with my Canon xf605. Its functionality will be helpful when shooting big meetings, conventions and other events. With the extension cable, I anticipate that I can do short intros on camera with control over a slow zoom and such. I think the least useful feature may be the focus control but this remains to be completely tested. 5

[0.08 lb] The cavision focus gear ring fits evenly around the focus ring on my Panasonic AG-UG 180 camcorder. Also matches the Cavision focus puller gear and rotates evenly and smoothly. It has a convenient adjustable stop on the gear ring to set at the focus limit. 5
