Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Are there any limitations to the autofocus system in 4K/30fps and 1080p/120fps (eye/face detect etc.) compared to 1080p/30fps?

A: No

Q: 2. Does the pro300 dim itself from higher output modes as the battery declines? Couldn’t get 75% for more than a few seconds on bat

A: The battery decline in power could be related to a few things. I may refer to the heat sync and fan settings. Q: 3. Hi. I see that this kit is compatible with the Canon EOS R50, but I know the Canon BR-E1 is not. How can this be? Thank you.

A: The Canon BR-E1 Wireless Remote Control is compatible with the Canon R50 as well as it communicates via Bluetooth.

Q: 4. Is this compatible with the EOS M50?

A: Yes, the Canon Creator Accessory Kit is compatible with the EOS M50.

Q: 5. What exactly do I need to buy to get continuous power?

A: At this time, there are no ac adapters available for the ZV-1.

Q: 6. This light only seems to power up to 80% when on battery. Is this a limit? Where can I verify this, as I don't see it listed?

A: We made an inquiry to Hobolite and here is what they answered: 1. The PRO have 2 voltage input sources, the standard 16V input (where most batteries in the market use) and the 48V input (plug in AC source). 2. The PRO uses 300W of power, so each battery would output a maximum of 120W, and 2 batteries would equal 240W. 240W is 80% of 300W, hence the limit. 3. Why can 2 batteries only output 120W each while the power supply can supply the whole 300W? Its because the current max for the connectors are rated at 10A, so at 12V and 10A for the battery, the output is maxed out at 120W. While the power supply operates at 48V, which only needs around 6.25A to reach 300W

Q: 7. Have there been any indications from Sony when the USB firmware/software release will come to make the ZV-1 a USB enabled webcam?

A: Please contact Sony at; (800) 222-7669 http://www.sony.com/

Q: 8. Can I use my own files for a background and is the out put in hi-res?

A: Yes and within limits, you can set the resolution (up to about 600 dpi).

Q: 9. What is the maximum distance allowed with this camera so that a 5x7 (5 feet wide) background can be captured without showing the edges of the background, using its minimum and maximum zoom setting?

A: The distance at which you can frame the shot as needed depends on the space you are working in.

Q: 10. Is there any way to use this software wth video? (Static background, video foreground.)

A: This software is photo, it is not for video. For video you could use Premiere Elements https://bhpho.to/2YvuYlJ.

[3.07 lb] Was about to go DJI and deal with the Geofencing but it was suggested to me by another pilot that I rake a look at the Autel Evo. As an aside I do own an Autel code reader (OBD 2-3) and it works flawless but I wasn't very familiar with the EVO. Glad I looked at the specs and performance reviews because I purchased one from B&H. They were on backorder and I did wait over a month for it but it was every bit worth the wait for a pro-sumer drone with no Geofencing. I prefer to not have the 'big brother' watching over me constantly and not allowing me to fly because of supposedly restricted air space.

I believe in following FAA regs and I do but not having the built in (and memory intensive Geofencing is fine with me.

The EVO is very easy to fly, is very quiet for a drone of this size and flight time for me, while not at the touted 30 minutes, is close at 25 minutes.

I bought the 'Rugged Bundle' which comes with an airline transport grade case and all the compartments inside are laser cut for secure fit of the drone, controller, extra batteries, props and even a compartment in the bottom for my tablet.

The drone itself is very well made and should last for many hours of flight time plus Autel is very customer friendly to deal with should an issue arise. They are there 24/7 to answer questions unlike DJI.

I'm very impressed with the drone overall. \\I will use it primarily for recreation but I will also shoot documentaries, consequently, I have to hold a professional license.

[3.07 lb] I'm stoked about the Autel EVO. I'm a documentary filmmaker, and just got back from a shoot in Costa Rica. The EVO worked great and performed reliably in all kinds of conditions. It packs down into a DSLR-sized camera bag, which means you can take it anywhere. The ability to control and fly the EVO without an attached mobile device and app is a huge plus. Most importantly, the footage looks great. I used to fly a DJI Phantom 3 Pro, which was extremely finicky and unreliable. I highly recommend Autel over DJI.

[3.07 lb] This is a must for the Double. It allows you the freedom of not having to have someone to plug it in and unplug it if you are away from the office.

[3.07 lb] I debated for weeks between the EVO and several DJI Mavic models. I am so glad I chose the EVO! The camera is better at 4K/60fps; the software is better designed and the quad is NOT geo-fenced; the quad is extremely stable (GPS hold is amazing); the remote is configured better and has a full-color LCD screen on which you can optionally display the camera's view (you can actually fly without a smartphone if need be); and it's hundreds of dollars less expensive than the Mavics. And the current deal from BH, bundled with an extra battery, multi-charger, and carrying bag, sweeten the deal even further. The Autel EVO is the right choice!

[3.07 lb] I purchased the Mobile Creator Kit to bring with me for an upcoming vacation and have spent a few weeks testing out different scenarios. I'm currently using a Pixel 7 Pro with the PD Everyday Case and they work perfectly together. Once the case is placed on the kit, it connects instantly in either portrait or landscape and I'm confident it will not fall off. The Creator Kit came with all the accessories needed to work seamlessly with my tripods and selfie sticks. It also fits neatly into the side pockets of the PD Field Pouch v2 and the PD Tech Pouch making it easy to transport while I'm out and about.

[3.07 lb] I did a lot of research, then bought from the Autel EVO from B&H. So far love the system, camera is amazing, windy conditions not a problem. Autel has provided great service when I have called and emailed, which was a major reason I bought the EVO. Only issue I have is the 4K 60FPS is hard to watch on my PC. I bought the kit with extra batteries and the carry case. I am super careful of the antennae and I love my orange landing pad. Could not be happier with B&H and Autel and my EVO. Recently experimented with Precision Mode which helps with filming. Wish the hand held monitor reminded me to take the gimble cover off as a few times I turned on the EVO and forgot to take it off. Autel videos are helpful.
