A: Im not actually sure how thick this is. I would say 2 or 3 pieces of duck tape thick.

A: The Permacel/Shurtape P-672 Professional Gaffer Tape (2" x 50 yd, Gray), B&H # PEGTPG50G, is a great alternative to the Devek Gaffer Tape (2" x 50 yd, Gray).

Q: 5. its only 12 yards the picture looks like you can get a lot more then that ?

A: Didn't get a whole lot out of this, better off getting a 55 yard 2 role. This is only convenient if you need compact roles for a camera bag, etc. Tape quality is very good.

A: It depends on the paint; we recommend testing a small area with the ProTapes Pro Gaffer Tape to see how it will react.

Q: 10. can i use this tape on carpet?

A: Yes.The best part of it is that you can use it...maybe a little longer piece than you expect for more holding power....but it doesn't leave sticky residue on the carpet that would only collect dirt and would be difficult to remove.

[5.8 x 5.8 x 1"] If you love fabric with glue on one side, that can be used for labeling things, holding things together, you will enjoy tape. Doesn't leave a sticky residue. 5
