A: The stand would hold it just fine. They are defiantly travel stands that have a little wobble to them fully extended. I wouldn't want to use them on a regular bases for local shoots. I personally use them for Litepanels LED lights as a travel kit and it works well in that case. For everyday use I would get a step up from these stands

A: Yup... I bought one, was so impressed with how well it worked (and how long it ran the camera at 4+ hours), I bought a second. Charges on all of my Panasonic chargers (HVX 200, DVX 200, P270) without a single issue. Awesome battery, really improved my shoots.
