[6 TB] Set up as a 4TB available RAID 1 and it has excellent data transfer speeds as well as data security. As always, B&H pricing was tops!

[ 3.5" HDD ] I bought 3 of these for downloading P2 cards to while on the road. They've been great! I'm editing on one right now with Media Composer 6. My project is on the Buffalo Tech drive and I even consolidated my media to the same drive which I realize is not a best practice. Don't try to edit with this going down the highway. The bumping will cause the drive to dismount. I tried that out of desperation to turn something a little quicker. The drive was fine, but I didn't push it once I realized what was happening. Persisting would surely have caused the drive to fail. Sorry to hear about the other guy's luck. It's a good thing his data wasn't worth more than the drive. Given what I do I could care less about the drive or it's monetary value. The data on it is what's valuable and I'm really happy with this drive after using it hard for a year and a half. Take care of your gear and your gear will take care of you.

[6 TB] The drive works great but I needed to speak with two people at Buffalo to get it to rebuild.� Regardless, Buffalo will provide phone support even if the product is out of warranty.� You can't beat that.

[6 TB] This item which I received quickly has performed just as I expected it would. I have zero issues.

[ 3.5" HDD ] How excited can you get about a hard drive -- unless your NAS Raid array loses a drive. After calling Buffalo (manufacturer of the NAS unit), they gave me the specs for the replacement. I was very happy to see B&H among the online retailers that handle these, and extremely happy, but not surprised, that B&H had a great price. Some vendors matched B&H but none beat B&H. The NAS unit is back up and running great.

[ 3.5" HDD ] These TeraStation raid arrays work well. Buffalo support is excellent. Email notifications are easy to setup.

[6 TB] I bought this unit after receiving help from an informative sales rep at B&H. His recommendation for my buying the Buffalo 8T (4 X 2T) TerraStation was based on my needs (I formerly had a WD 8T MyCloudHome NAS which is no longer supported) and on Buffalo's excellent help line which I can attest was outstanding in helping me. I have 4 Mac computers (3 Ventura and 1 Monterrey OS) on the NAS through a QNAP 2104 switch (also from B&H) and each one backs up correctly through Time Machine with my TerraStation using Raid 5 (Only 6T available with 1 drive designated as the emergency reserve). The unit is well built with a solid metal chassis. The unit runs cool. The 2.5 gig signal works correctly and firmware is updated without any difficulty. Setup was done through NasNavigator 2 software. All connections are through Cat 6 cables. I am very pleased with the results.

[ 3.5" HDD ] Have had this for a few weeks now and I've had no issues with it. I'm using it for keeping all my photos and videos in one place and not spread out over several devices. I also want to get rid of remove cloud subscriptions and have everything in one place. I'll eventually add the other hard drives as the need arises. I'm very happy with the purchase. It's my first NAS and things were easy to set up.

[ 3.5" HDD ] Bought as a shared backup solution after Drobos died and that company is going belly-up, with no support or products. TeraStation was easy to connect up and set up shares to multiple PCs. Robust with plenty of capacity.
