A: The lightening bolt without circles on the SmallRig NP-FZ100 dual charger means that your battery is empty. As the battery charges the circles build out consecutively from the lightening bolt until there are four rings and 100% charge.

A: The batteries in the SmallRig NP-FZ100 2-Battery Kit with Dual Charger will last nearly as long as the original Sony batteries. We do not have an exact percentage but I would estimate 95% as long or better.

Q: 5. Can the USB output charge devices off of the NP-F battery power alone, or does it have to have wall power to use the USB output?

A: The USB output would only work when the Jupio Dedicated Duo Charger for Sony is connected to wall power. It does not use mounted battery power to output power to the USB port.

Q: 6. Can it charge EN-EL15C? If so, will it be slower just because this one is made for EN-EL15?

A: Yes, the Jupio Tri-Charge for Nikon EN-EL15 can charge EN-EL15c batteries.

A: No, the Jupio Tri-Charge for Sony NP-FZ100 will not charge NP-FW50.

[6 x 4 x 2.4"] I normally stick with native products. But, I've always had great experiences with SmallRig products. This battery charger is no exception. The circular pattern makes it easy to see how far along the batteries are charging. It also has a built in USB cable that can easily be retracted from the base of the charger, and returned to its placement after charging. Highly recommend. 5

[Simultaneous] One of the more advanced chargers I own. I have the genuine Sony , Watson and then I had the jupio (which I was very unhappy with) This charger gives some insight into the battery performance the others don't allowing both USB c in and a built in USB cord. I'm pretty stoked about it this far and at the price point I'm waiting to see something go wrong with it 5

[LED] I have been using the Jupio PowerVault during video sessions with my Sony A1. Works as advertised. For a device about the size of a pack of cigarettes, it holds a surprising amount of juice. The only problem I have had is that the power button does not shut off the battery pack if it is plugged into the camera and the battery will slowly drain. The button only works when you remove the dummy battery from the camera or disconnect the wire from the battery while leaving the dummy battery in the camera. When not connected to the camera, the power switch works fine. Other than this small glitch, money well spent. 5

[LED] I love this charger. Compact, informative with the status of the charge. It's very light and small along with never getting warm at all when used. 5
