[4.85 lb] This is easy to put together and works great! I bought this to mostly use for newborn and children's photography so I'm able to use it as my only lighting with my speedlight and it is perfect!

[4.85 lb] I used this speaker in a on campus weight room. Easy install. All parts included even the tile bridge. This speaker easily adapts to either a 70 volt or 8 ohm system.

[7.6" (19.4 cm)] First let me get it out of the way... This thing is big. You read 50x50 but you don't realize until you set it up. But because of its size it puts out the most wonderful light. Get this box in close to a subject and the light is soft and beautiful. More than worth the money. The only annoyance is when the box is mounted there is very little tilt possible. It's not a big issue since most of the time this huge box covers the subject but I did get a Baby Boomer - Mini Boom Arm / Offset Arm to help push the box forward on the stand, works perfectly. Highly recommend this box.

[4.85 lb] The beauty of this softbox is that it's very large thus producing very soft flattering light, it's light, easy to setup and bring along, and most of all, the softbox is designed so that the flash lit inside and it reflects a bounced light.

[4.85 lb] It is a large square shape  of umbrella and very light and easy to open and set up. I love the diffuse white looks and  like a nylon diffuser with velcro.Easy to put it on and off.
For a speedlight diffusion it works beautiful. I love it.
Need to buy an adaptor to insert a speedlight and also a light stand. Very easy to set up. 
I used it for a indoor portraiture and put the edge of the Apollo close about a couple of feet to the subject at a perpendicular angle ,sort of feathering ,at the same height of the subject and the light was soft and the result  was very satisfying with no harsh secular light, as a matter of fact ,very surprisingly satisfied for one speedlight. Very good for indoor. 

Now as other reviewers mentioned, the opening for the light stand does not quite in line and zippers was left open not completely closed.

Also I would mention I could not tilt the modifier in angle and used it upright in close distance. Maybe its because I may not know how to tilt it. 
Another issue is it did not come with a case to put the umbrella.
Another wishful thought is that it might be good if more than one speedlight could be attached
(Maybe it is an issue with the adaptor ,not an umbrella)

 I like to mention that the price was very good for ones of other manufacturers.

Overall I am satisfied.

[7.6" (19.4 cm)] I needed a light weight modifier for modeling. It opens and breaks down easily.

[4.85 lb] Sound quality is much better than the paper cone 8 70v cone speakers often used for background audio. You can actually turn these up and have good audio quality.

[8.5" (21.6 cm)] I mounted this in the next rack over from a piece of equipment that runs hot and didn't have a front intake (where the cool air is). I fashioned a deflector and it blows plenty of cool air to the side intake on the hot equipment. It's not too loud and was easy to reverse so that it was sucking air in from the front of the rack.

[8.5" (21.6 cm)] There's no doubt that this softbox is huge and very hard to maneuver around, but the diffused light is wonderful!


Keep in mind depending on how you plan to shoot, you might need more powerful strobes. I have 2 x 200ws strobes in there and it seems to work well.


Not sure if speedlights will cut it, unless you plan to shoot high ISO, or very larger f-stops.
