[50 ms] I just received two sets of the 400S Pro and intend to use them for cable-free coverage of three high school graduations. They need to reach from the 20 yard line to the press box at the top of the stands - about 280 feet. They will feed an ATEM 1ME 4K through frame rate convertors because the 400s Pro only outputs 1080i at 60fps. So, from a camera at my front door I walked across a field till the signal dropped on a portable monitor. Results: Solid signal beyond 400 ft with clear line of site as advertised. I'm relieved.

[40 MHz, 20 MHz] Debating between different kinds of transmission Systems to go with within Hollyland and then also now the DJI transmission I decided to go with the Pyro S and couldn't be happier. Works exactly how its supposed to and the distance on these things ..Amazing! Simple to operate and the feature of also connecting to your computer program like Zoom makes it more useful than you would probably realize

[6 to 16 VDC] I was very weary of buying a transmitter/receiver. How well would it work in different situations. I have to say WOW!! the quality, easy set up and ease of use. We set it up outside by a pool for a shoot and it sent the video to the receiver in the far side of the house indoors. Not a problem, didnt miss a beat. Thoroughly recommend!

[Magnesium] So I bought the new DJI transmission SDR and it had terrible fan noise. This I use side by side my teradek 4k LT with the arri amira- is it as good in latency? No. Does it take a little longer to connect? Yes. But it’s a lot cheaper and it works. It’s reliable. I’ve done 2 shoots with it - no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this unit. It’s built well and seems that it will last for a while. This is a great product.

[Magnesium] I haven't used this on a job yet but did a test in my apt building. While the TX was on the 4th floor, the RX could pick up signal all the way from the ground floor. While using the Acssoon CineEye 2, I was only able to get a clear signal from the 3rd floor so this is 3 times as powerful. This is about twice as expensive as the CineEye 2 but I would trust this more for professional work, granted it has a dedicated RX. I paired this with a Lilliput 4K 12.5 monitor and it works very well with it. You can use one of those thick Nintendo Switch cases - its quite a good fit. See image below

[1x L-Series] Don't let anyone tell you you MUST go with teredek. Unless you have an AC needing to pull a sports or dancing scene, these will work for darn near everything else.

The mobile app ironically has the least amount of latency followed by a full SDI pipeline. If latency is of no concern, HDMI can be used.

Also, I just learned today that the receiver can output SDI and HDMI simultaneously to send to two different monitors at once! Now director can have a monitor, and I can send another feed to the client monitor with no issue.

I got these in addition to a pair of the Monitor transceivers for a full wireless video kit. This is in addition to my Teredek if latency is of any concern.

If you're just starting out, this should be your first wireless kit. Skip the cheaper HDMI version and go straight to this as it's not an if but a when you run into SDI equipment, you'll be ready to go.
