[1] The Streamdeck XL as well as its other sizes are simply the finest tool you could ask for as a Streamer. A fancy array of buttons ready to be customized for whatever you might need or whatever you might not even know you need until you play around with it.
From playing fun soundbits for the Stream, changing scenes, playing or switching music to adjusting Keylight brightness or even one button starting the Stream and all its necessary programs. I wouldn't wanna imagine my Streaming life without it anymore.

[16.92 lb] I'm extremely happy with it.

I mostly use it as a background for remote work meetings and to stream in my free time. It's large enough for other uses but my review is specific to those uses.

Because it's a larger screen it doesn't have the accordion frame in the back that's typical of smaller sizes. It instead uses a single pole which rises up from the back to hold the screen in place. It hasn't caused me any issues and the base pulling tight on the screen keeps everything clean looking. There are no wrinkles or loose bits of screen blowing in the wind so to speak.

Once you know how everything works you can literally set it down where you need it and have the screen up in 15 seconds. I keep mine in the same spot behind my desk and unwind it when needed.

I'd recommend getting some lights with it. The camera picks up the screen better when it's well-lit and if you only use a single front light you'll end up with shadows hitting the screen which will ruin the effect.

[Spot Clean] I'm so glad that I have got this for Christmas as it has helped me a lot on editing my videos and when go live to stream for my Youtube channel.

[1] I believe the Stream Deck is a necessity to start/take your stream to the next level. I would highly recommend as the XL to enjoy the highest quality and biggest bang for your buck!

[Spot Clean] I have 2 Stream Deck XL's and don't know what I would do without them. From using to to control my stream elements and overlays, to helping me with GTA Roleplay shortcuts, to selecting what music I want to play, Stream Decks will save you time and become second nature. I have so many folders that include apps I use frequently, to sound effects, would be impossible to do while I stream without a Stream Deck. It's works perfectly for those that are content creators/streamers but also for when I use spotify, photoshop, OBS, and much more. It's plug and play with very user friendly software. You will thank me later.

[Spot Clean] The Stream Deck XL dramatically improved my workflows from the first day it arrived. I purchased the Stream Deck XL to expand the functionality of my ATEM Mini Pro, but it quickly become the central control unit for my whole home studio for: streaming, online teaching, video production, webinars, lighting control, zoom, OBS, . . . and I feel like I'm just getting started.

The base functionality of the Stream Deck is extremely helpful in controlling apps, keyboard short cuts, etc. Paired with Companion, the Stream Deck unlocks so many additional features of the ATEM Mini line and ton of other production hardware as well. 

I've had no problems running Companion and the Stream Deck native controller at the same time; there appears to be good integration now between the two, and I haven't had any conflicts like I've read about elsewhere online.

With Companion, the Stream Deck gives you single button presses to launch ATEM macros, toggle the DSK, load different media clips in the background, etc. Pair the Stream Deck, ATEM Mini Pro and a streaming platform like OBS or VMIX and you get tons of functionality I've typically only seen on larger production switchers.

Programming the Stream Deck is very easy and there are lots of plugins to control other software and hardware. From home production studio to backstage, this thing is a pretty awesome piece of kit.

Oh yeah, this thing also works Zoom, Phillips Hue, IFTTT, and a ton more. For WFH, Teaching or Presenting Online, Live Streaming, and so much more, I didn't think I'd use this device as much as I have already, but it's become a critical piece of kit for me.
