[Black] I have used the Plantronics StarSet H31CD Headset for over 33 years as a 911 dispatcher. Obviously, I love this model. It is lightweight, very comfortable, and has good incoming and outgoing sound quality. I would highly recommend you purchase the extended warranty on it, though. I've had several of these headsets last for years, but my last one stopped working right at about 1 year. The extended warranty I purchased on it was well worth the price, as I got a refund on my full purchase price, and put that towards purchasing another one (for which I also purchased another extended warranty). 5

[Black] I'm a 911 dispatcher and this was the first headset I was ever issued at work. After 7 years of almost daily use I needed another one. My department was no longer able to order them because it was discontinued thru the company they order from so I purchased this one out of my own pocket. It's a great headset! [1x Proprietary] I use this headset in a call center and it is so lightweight I don't notice I have it on even after 10 hr shifts. I have been working in the telecommunications industry for 27 years and I can say this is my favorite. At each job I have had over the years I have always brought my own headset with me since most businesses do not provide StarSets. My older StarSet had a heavier connect cord and was always in the way, this model has a lighter cord and it doesn't kink up like the last one I had. I would recommend this model to anyone who spends a lot of time on calls. This is the next best thing to being cordless. 5

[0.24 lb] I work as a technical director for live production. When we have to do remote shows (COVID era) we're using bluejeans or phone calls to communicate during the show. It has a warm, analogue, slightly fuzzy sound and is very good at communicating voice (not room reflections/background noises). This beautiful headset paired with the 3.5mm adapter has made my life so much better, and so much cooler. Me and Gene Kranz are wearing the same headset. 5

[Stereo] Plugged it in right out of the box and was using it within a half hour. Great sound quality. Love having the option to use this using the over-the-head or over-ear styles. Great having volume controls and on/off button right on the ear piece. I didn't buy the auto answering accessory because I don't roam far from the phone base when using the headset, so this is perfect as a stand-alone solution. Easy and quick to switch between using the handset or headset. 5
