[Black] Sold my shoulder-mount setup and bought one of these to help me lug around a rigged-out Sony FX6 (with gold mount-battery on rods) because I have fairly slender shoulders and it's made my life so much easier. I previously thought about getting an Easyrig for this purpose— they are awesome!— but saved over a thousand bucks by going this route instead. A cinesaddle like this one comes with the added bonus that I can actually take my hands off the camera for a second to check my phone or swig some water without the whole thing swinging away from me like a runaway wrecking ball! Very happy with my ratbag.

[Fabric, Nylon] Used it with my Komodo rig on 4 shoots so far, nice and light the rig sits on it perfectly you can use it all day, shoulder pad is comfortable.

[Black] Ive been professionally shooting for 15 years and at the recommendation of a friend I decided to try out a saddle type sack to shoot with. I was skeptical and the Focus Rat Essential was the cheapest option so I went with it.

What happened after is I have completely changed my shooting style and feel a panic if I am on a shoot without it. Ive stopped taking out my giant shoulder camera and have been reaching for the small bodied hybrid, using the Focus Rat for resting the camera at the hips, or propping my elbows up with the camera higher up. really awesome to use in the passenger seat of a car while shooting a driver or just dropping the camera on the rat set on a table top.

Their V3 bag packs way more value than any out there, especially for the cost! The quality is extremely high and the color and attention to detail is incredible. There is literally not one complaint I have. The strap is super comfortable and doesn't strain or hurt your back/neck. The pockets add some extra space that's always needed. And the bag itself just becomes one with you. Seriously, if you're considering any bag, get this one!!! And grab a cool color since there's tons of options! Thank me later.

Of course everyone's style of shooting varies... but for event and run-n-gun shoots its hard to beat a simple cinesaddle bag to adapt to unexpected production challenges... we all don't have a crew of Sherpas and Gaffers, lol. I'm a one man band with a bean bag at my side... lets shoot this : )

[1.92 lb] There are many similar styled bags on the market but was sold by the large padded strap that this bag comes standard with, especially since that is the point of contact used. No other bag had as a robust padded point of contact. Also, had a few questions for the company and emailed them directly, which they answered quickly and honestly. Huge plus in my book. Ended up selling my Easyrig and purchased this. I know that it isnt a 1 for 1 trade off but for my needs, accomplishes all that I need from it at a great cost and so easy to store and carry, which you cant say for the Easyrig, which was also very high quality btw. All in all super excited and cant wait to put it to use.

[Fabric, Nylon] Useful for every camera build to go handheld, has pockets and a rain cover! This bag is super tough and well built, makes for a good seat too!
