Get better reception from your UHF wireless microphone system with the black RF Venue Diversity Architectural Antenna. This high-performance diversity flood antenna features a slim enclosure designed to be discreetly mounted on a wall or ceiling in your classroom, meeting space, training center, or house of worship. Based on the highly acclaimed Diversity Fin Antenna, the Architectural Antenna's unique shape helps eliminate the most common signal dropouts caused by changes in the angle and orientation of the RF signal.

The back plate comes with pre-drilled holes that provide multiple mounting options; you then simply attach the front plate using the included mounting screws. Rear-mounted BNC female connectors allow you to connect the antenna to your in-wall or in-ceiling cable run feeding your wireless receiver. The system uses a dual-feed antenna design with both A and B diversity connections provided, eliminating the need for two separate antennas and giving you improved wireless performance with less dropouts in a sleek, low-profile enclosure that complements any decor.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Do these work on both the Tx and Rx or can the stock "V" antennas remain on the Rx in combination with these "H" on the Tx?

A: When using the TX and RX for the Teradek Bolt 6/Ranger series, it is not a requirement but best to match the antennas. The Teradek 6G Flexible "Mushroom" H Antenna Kit for Bolt 6 (4-Pack) should be matched for the best performance and transmission. See this Bolt antenna overview: https://bhpho.to/3U1mCCE.

Q: 2. Is the rate given for 1 antenna or a pair?

A: The antenna is a single unit, not a pair.

Q: 3. Would these add to stability and range if used with Bolt 6 LT HDMI 750?

A: The Teradek 6G Flexible "Mushroom" H Antenna Kit for Bolt 6 (4-Pack) will not increase range, but can increase reliability and connection on the Teradek Bolt 6 LT HDMI 750 when 2 of the antennas are used on the TX and 2 are used on the RX.

Q: 4. I know these have a 3.5 mm jack but has anyone had any experience with using these for making wireless PA systems with speakers?

A: The Shure PSM 900 Wireless Personal Monitor System with SE425-CL Earphones would not be recommended for use with speakers, as the beltpack's output impedance is intended for connection to headphones, not a standard line input. A system like B&H # ALSTLTHMK2X would be recommended instead.

Q: 5. I am trying to timecode sync my ultrasync one to my atomos Ninja V and I can't find the instructions. The one that clips on to the back is now discontinued. How can I sync it up? Please help.

A: The Atomos CONNECT Network, Wireless & SDI Expansion for NINJA V/V+ (BH #ATOMCON003 • MFR #ATOMCON003) allows you to timecode sync the Ninja V and replaces the discontinued Atomos AtomX SYNC module.

Q: 6. Can I use just 1 of this on my main camera and just jump timecode on other cameras? will this work with Tascam X8 timecode?

A: Yes you can use the Atomos Ultrasync One with the Tascam X8 when using the Tascam AK-BT1 Bluetooth Adapter (BH #TAAKBT1) connected to the X8 recorder.

Q: 7. Does this work with lectrosonics, sennheisers and zaxcom receivers and transmitters? And how exactly is it used?

A: The PSC UHF Log Periodic Antenna will provide the users of UHF wireless microphones a simple and elegant passive antenna solution for field use. This passive antenna from PSC provides coverage from 450MHz to 900MHz. This antenna offers a typical gain of 4.5dB over that of a dipole antenna, thus providing added range to your radio microphones in the field. The antenna features a robust design using a heavy duty 0.125 (3.175mm) fiberglass substrate. The PSC UHF Log Periodic Antenna is produced as a skeletal design. This design allows for lower wind loading in the field. The entire antenna is coated in a water resistant textured coating for years of trouble free operation in the field. In addition, we have equipped this antenna with the most robust Molex brand BNC connecter we could source. Mounting is accomplished via an industry standard 3/8 -16. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------Antenna Placement:Your PSC UHF Log Periodic Antenna should be mounted up and away from all of your other sound equipment. The antenna should be pointed toward the actor worn transmitters. Typically we advise that you place the antenna up at least 6 to 10 feet (2-3 meters) above your sound cart for best performance. The antenna can be mounted using an industry standard 3/8-16TPI threaded base.

Q: 8. Can these be used with the Pyro S TX and RX?

A: Hollyland does not recommend using the Hollyland 2.4 & 5 GHz Thumb Antenna for Pyro 7 (2-Pack) with the Pyro S. They recommend using the following antenna for the Pyro S. Hollyland Paddle Antenna for Pyro Series (2.4/5 GHz) BH #HOHLATN14

Q: 9. Looking to LTC sync multiple cameras with audio on location. Does this unit require RF sync during recording and if so does it emit RF interference with audio? Can you Jam sync and it will remain locked all day remotely?

A: I would also add that if you have a device like a Zoom F4 (6 or 8) which has it's own very precise internal time code, that you CAN use the UltraSync One device to Jam sync an external device that has a good internal timecode and a good one will keep a sync all day long. I use it to jam sync my Zoom F4 and it can last all day without being a frame off. Though if you have a moment during lunch, best to jam sync half way through the day. Also, from time to time, if the device you have that has it's own (very accurate) internal time code, it likely has a "calibration" option in its time code, which I would recommend running monthly. This just keeps it running tip top and can go all day without being a frame off :-)

Q: 10. Hello, would this work with say a canon 80D? Obviously, using the 3.5mm out LTC to the canon as a audio track

A: Hello Jeffrey, yes it should work, you'll need to buy the din to 3.5mm cable to get it into the audio jack.

[Panel] This is a must have for Shure SLX receivers. I've many other antennas and only this one works with no issues.

[470 to 698 MHz] So far so good love the all in one design, and performance seems great

[3 dBi] This antenna is so worth the price, and I am so glad to have found the RF Venue system. I used to struggle with theatre production using numerous antennas and dealing with interference in crowded frequency locations, and this antenna paired with the RF Venue Distro4 system solves that problem and gives me total peace of mind.

[Black] Finally, a sensible spares kit! And at only half a c-note, there's no reason to not have these in your tool box if you use the fin antenna system!

[470 to 698 MHz] I switched out my sennheiser omni directional paddles for the single RF VENUE Finn, and it was an immediate change! Totally clean and dropless connection for all 8 sennheiser wireless mics. We simply plugged in the RF Venue Finn to our Sennheiser wireless antenna combiner, and everything was better.

I have always had issues with wireless, and I believe this Finn will change everything for our church.

[3 dBi] I had two units with broken bnc ports and this kit had the exact same ones making replacing a simple solder job. Great easy fix!

[Black] All of our microphones work well through this unit. We don't use them over a great distance, but our receivers are in a metal rack, so we need external antennae. These are doing well.
