Capture high-resolution 1080p60 imagery in your conference room, event space, or house of worship with the black BZBGEAR NDI|HX3 PTZ Camera with Auto-Tracking & 30x Zoomfrom BZBGear. This camera features a 1/2.8" 2.07MP CMOS sensor, a 30x optical zoom, accurate autofocus, subject auto-tracking, and simultaneous output via HDMI, 3G-SDI, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and IP streaming with SRT support. This model also features high-resolution, low-latency NDI|HX3 streaming to easily fit into your NDI network. You can embed analog audio into your video using the 3.5mm audio input.

You can record the camera's capture up to 1080p60 resolution onto an optional microSD card up to 1TB. The camera features LED tally lights to indicate the camera is on or idle. The camera supports PoE (Power-over-Ethernet), so it can be controlled, powered, and can stream over one connector, and it also supports RS-232 and RS-422 serial control.

Q: 2. How loud are the movements of this camera? Would it disrupt a quite room?

A: They are not loud. We don't have numbers but no reports either of noise. Generally PTZ cameras are unobtrusive.

Q: 3. Is it compatible with Canon CR-N300 ?

A: Yes, PTZcam has tested other NDI HX2 cameras like the Canon CR-N300 with the PTZCam Switch N8 8-Channel NDI Switcher and PTZ Controller, and they work perfectly with the switcher.

Q: 4. Is it compatible with Datavideo ptc-140 ndi/hx?

A: Because the Datavideo PTC-140NDI SDI/HDMI/NDI PTZ Camera with 20x Optical Zoom does not have NDI|HX2 or NDI|HX3, the PTZCam Switch N8 8-Channel NDI|HX2|HX3 Switcher and PTZ Controller is not compatible.

A: 1/3 is the size of the sensor.

Q: 6. Is this compatible with NDI'HX2 and/or NDI'HX3 cameras?

A: At this moment the PTZCam Switch N8 8-Channel NDI Switcher and PTZ Controller supports only NDI/HX2 cameras.

Q: 7. How are the video feed and PTZ functions restricted to authorized users on the network? Is there a password required to access the cameras?

A: Access to the camera is restricted by a username and password. It comes setup with a simple/standard login that you can update to be more secure.

Q: 8. Is there a delay when controlling from the tricaster (like all current cameras have)?

A: You may see 50 milliseconds or less delay with the NewTek camera.

Q: 9. it's possible to have the tally function through the ndi cable when using panasonic or sony ptz ?

A: Yes, it is possible to use the PTZCam Switch N8 8-Channel NDI|HX2|HX3 Switcher to control Tally and the camera though NDI. However, this depends on the camera model. The camera must have NDI HX3, or NDI HX3 support. Many older cameras only support NDI HX ( NDI HX1)

Q: 10. Can a button be programmed to both change the input source (i.e. camera) and issue a preset with one press?

A: The PTZCam Switch N8 8-Channel NDI Switcher and PTZ Controller (B&H# PTZCSWITCHN8) can have a button programmed by using a preset to both switch to a certain source and switch to a certain color temperature for that source.

[PoE 802.3af] I was worried that it would be difficult to configure, but one single ethernet cable connected to a POE injector and they have power and provide a pristine image to Vimeo's Livestream Studio. It took seconds to go from no signal to live streaming. And learning to set presents and recall presents is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Literally. Push preset, Push a number, and then Push enter. These are well worth the investment. 5

[NTSC] The camera is doing a great job with live-streaming our church service. We did have to down scale it for our provider but in time technology will improve in their end. The camera does not have any image stabilization so if you are zoomed in over a long range someone walking by will create a slight tremble in the image if you don’t have it mounted on something to absorb the shock. We are covering a distance of about 65 feet and it produces a great image for us. 5

[0.05 Lux] Using this for zoom meetings with multiple employees. Using sdi and haven't had any issues. Image quality is good and the remote makes it simple for anyone to use. 5

[0.05 Lux] Needed a quick purchase for a temporary use, so didn't to spend big money. Used this for a large room with about 50 attendees and it came trough great. We have a nice speaker phone, and didn't realize that at first we were using the mic on the camera. 5
