This 6.5 x 5.7' Manfrotto EzyFrame Background Cover Chroma Blue 6.5x7.5from Manfrotto can be used as a spare or replacement panel for your EzyFrame portable background system. This 100% polyester fabric background attaches to the lightweight aluminum frame in just seconds, making it ideal for family portraits, animated action poses, fashion photography, and commercial shoots. It can be used for both still and video applications. This fabric cover has a small 6" skirt along the bottom edge that conceals the aluminum frame, so you can combine the background with a floor surface when shooting full length images.

This chroma blue cover panel can be used for digitally inserting any type of still or video in post-production.

It is only sold as part of a kit with the Lastolite Panoramic Background (13', White), B&H # LALB7623, the Lastolite Panoramic Background (13', Black), B&H # LALB7621, Lastolite Panoramic Background (13', Chroma Key Green), B&H # LALB7622, Lastolite Panoramic Background Kit (13', Chroma Key Blue), B&H # LALB7943, Lastolite Panoramic Background (13', Limestone), B&H # LALB7902, or the Lastolite Panoramic Background (13', Granite), B&H # LALB7901.

Q: 2. do you think using multiple of these together to make one big wall will result in a good key?

A: You will have thin black lines that could be a problem.

Q: 3. Is there a stand in the box

A: The Lastolite Chroma Key Blue Cover listed here is just the background fabric which fits the 13' frame. The frame is not included. If you are interested in a frame and fabric combination, check out the the Lastolite Panoramic Background Kit listed under the "accessory" tab.

Q: 4. Can you steam when it’s wrinkled? Is it somewhat heat resistance?

A: You can but it is not necessary, it remains wrinkle free.

A: The manufacture does not list the specific size of the clip. But it seems to be approxemelty 1 inch.

Q: 8. What is the reflector clip and how is it used?

A: The reflector clip on top of the stand would suspend the background up.

Q: 9. Can the fabric be cut into separate panels to cover each panel separately instead of always all three panels?

A: No, it is not recommended to cut the Manfrotto Panoramic Background (13', Chroma Key Green) into separate panels.

Q: 10. What are the individual panel sizes? And is there any 3rd party fabric that would fit on those side panels separately? In case not connecting it all together...

A: Each portion of the panel would be 4.3 feet wide by 7.5 high. Unfortunately, the frame is only compatible with the specific Manfrotto 13 ft fabrics for it.

[Spot Clean] This is a large screen - bigger than we realized. It is very easy to assemble and we have done 4 screen tests. The screen performs very well - the lighting is the thing to watch out for. The screen has a wrinkle resistant fabric and with some work we got the difference down to .25 stop across the entire surface. We recommend this for the small studio that can't afford to do a permanent green wall. 5

[Proprietary] I have the manfrotto ezysframe vintage background Pewter, I also have concrete, tobacco and olive as well. I cannot tell you how important of a purchase this turned out to be it is my most used background very durable quick to setup and take down; very light weight and I discovered by turning by nanlites rgb tubes onto the background produces an amazing gradient. I hope to add crimson and aubergine to my collection. 5

[Proprietary] I bought this on sale and am pleased with it. The cover clips into place stretched tightly with no wrinkles. You definitely need the support arm or some other way of holding it up securely. 5

[Polyester] Wonderful bargain, as the collapsible metal frame alone is worth the cost paid. You will need a fairly large space free of clutter to connect the frame that is much larger than it appears in the carrying case. The backdrop stretches nice & tight via clips over the metal frame. Thus, no problem with wrinkles that can be an issue when using other backdrops. Took about 25-30 minutes my first time putting the frame together and clipping the backdrop on frame after mistakenly clipping the vertical side horizontally. The material is much lighter than a hand painted backdrop would normally be. Minor drawback is light source can seep through from behind if one is shooting away from a wall or strong backlight source. Lightweight easy to pick up and move throughout the studio. 5
