[Picatinny] Before buying the Trijicon MRO, I did extensive research into red dot/reflex sights. I have used one on a pistol and am familiar with proper use. This unit is going on my 12G tactical shotgun and any sight mounted on this gun has to take heavy recoil. I selected the green because two of my lasers for pistols use that color.

The MRO mounted easily and securely and was easy to adjust for accuracy. There are several brightness settings and on the brighter side, there is some fuzziness of the green dot. For a shotgun this is not an issue and doesn't bother me a bit. The sight is notoriously tough and resists impacts and water easily. An expensive sight, but I think it is worth the cost and will give years of use. I am happy with this purchase.

[Aluminum, Steel] Excellent for seeing clearly whats happening 5 km away. Almost invisible with the naked eye people, can be clearly seen with the C90 and their movement monitored. Also good for planets and constellations. Very portable. Highly recommended.

[Picatinny] Debated for awhile on a small lightweight grab and go scope for the quick peek at the planets and moon. Very pleased with the optics. View rivals my Celestron Nexstar 6 SE on Jupiter. [Aluminum, Steel] Given it's size and capabilities I must agree with other reviews that this is an excellent value for the money. I find myself using this scope more for terrestrial viewing because of it's portability and the 1250mm focal length reach it provides. My favorite use for this is to take wild life videos. Then I post them on our condo complex facebook page. Many of the senior citizen residents we have love to watch these videos as many have limited mobility.

It is very good optic, very impressive when observing moon, Saturn and Jupiter.
