A: There is no speed rating for car mounts such as the iFootage Spider Crab Vehicle Camera Mount System. Experienced car rigging grips would not really pay attention to that anyway. I would add ratchet straps to make sure that the rig is not lost at the speed the movie production determines it needs.

[Aluminum] These are inexpensive and will clamp onto the edge of a piece of 2 lumber (1 1/2 thick), or a 1 1/4 pipe (pipe OD tends to be about 3/8 larger than trade size). Suitable for mounting the effects mic that you want to hang somewhere and you have full range of motion with the ball head. 5

[0.425 lb] I've used SmallRig stuff for years when the more expensive options weren't possible. Truthfully, some of the pricier competitors stuff hasn't served me as well as my SmallRig gear. I got this as a solution for V-Mount battery options to supply power to my Fresnel LEDs and it works as expected, allowing me to clamp it directly to the light stand. 5
