A: No, given the dimension comparisons, it will not fit. The next size up should work, 1690.

[Yes] This thing rocks. The sturdiness and quality is there. Will be very heavy when it's full of gear. Lugging it up a flight of stairs can get you winded. I have 3 DSLRS, 4 lenses, recorder, mics, wireless mic and receiver, and every other little doodad I could ever need for a wedding in here and I STILL have room to grow. That's good. Only downside that I see so far is that the foam isn't quite RIGID enough for me... It starts off rigid enough, but has already become kind of 'flappy' and loose a little bit. Not bad, but still. I believe there's a spray product I could spray all over the foam to kinda glue it together. I think I'll do that. 5
