[Green] I've owned several of these over the years to take on backpacking trips, campouts, long distant bike rides, and other outdoor activity. They always hold up in the elements. I keep this in my camera bag along with a pencil to record information on various photo shoots. Make sure you have the Rite in the Rain pen if you want to use a pen to write on this 'paper.' If you want to use a mech. pencil, any will do. 5

[Green] Absolutely love this new pencil! Had an original Rite in the Rain pencil that broke - this is 100X better. Thick leads that don't break and the pencil itself is solid with some weight to it. So happy that I bought 2 more for my truck and wife's car. 5

[Green] Just the right size to fit in your pocket and the pages are very robust when wet. I find this actually encourages me to make more notes quickly re settings, conditions during photography to name a few. Excellent product. 5

[Green] This is meant to be used with the all-weather pen. It does not work well with other types of pens. The pad itself is exactly what you'd expect it to be. It repels water beautifully. 5
