This 6.5 x 7.5' Manfrotto EzyFrame Background Set Gray 6.5x7.5from Manfrotto EzyFrame Background Set Gray 6.5x7.5is a portable background system that offers a large shooting area. The width and height, combined with the square shape, offers an imaging area that supports 1:1, 16:9, and 4:5 image ratios. The lightweight aluminum frame assembles in just seconds, making it ideal for family portraits, animated action poses, fashion photography, and commercial shoots. The EzyFrame can be used for both still and video applications. You can lean it against a wall or support it using a light stand with a grip head. The cover is 100% polyester fabric and has a 6" skirt along the bottom edge to conceal the aluminum frame, so you can combine the background with a floor surface when shooting full length images.

This gray cover panel can be used to create a neutral backdrop that will make subjects pop by accentuating colors and skin tones. It is useful for headshots, portraits, and product photography.

A: You can't machine wash, but you can spot clean with a mild detergent (like Woolite or baby shampoo) and make sure to blot it dry, not rub.

Q: 2. Is it good for Vinyl backgrounds?

A: Never used it on Vinyl, but we have vinyl background so I know that it would work fine. We have 4 of them and they are great for the paper rolls.

Q: 3. It's says comes in a pack of 3 so to be clear. That is 6 - 4ft bars to be used on 3 different paper backgrounds...yes???

A: This is single counterweight with two sections: one for 4 ft paper and one for 9 ft paper.

A: This system can be extended to 10'. That is the max. It a sturdy system also.

Q: 8. Could two of these be used to hold a 6’x7’ background evenly?

A: Yes, it does accept 6x7 collapsible backgrounds.

Q: 9. How do I attached the paper to the counter weight?

A: Honestly, I found this item to be a royal pain in the neck and I returned it. I found it much easier to just use some clamps on the bottom edge of the paper. Even when I was able to get the paper in the counter weight, it would buckle and wrinkle. I haven't found any other product that did the job.

Q: 10. Is this panoramic set made of 1 large and 2 medium Lastolite frames? I want to buy it so I can use it as panoramic or as 6.6 background with two 3.6 reflectors/diffusers. Will that be possible?

A: No, that would not be possible. The frame included with the Lastolite Panoramic Background is a connected collapsible aluminum frame that has an elastic cord inside the framework's tubing. The tubes cannot be separated to use as a smaller background and separate reflectors. It is only designed for use as the 13-foot panoramic background.

[1] Wonderful bargain, as the collapsible metal frame alone is worth the cost paid. You will need a fairly large space free of clutter to connect the frame that is much larger than it appears in the carrying case. The backdrop stretches nice & tight via clips over the metal frame. Thus, no problem with wrinkles that can be an issue when using other backdrops. Took about 25-30 minutes my first time putting the frame together and clipping the backdrop on frame after mistakenly clipping the vertical side horizontally. The material is much lighter than a hand painted backdrop would normally be. Minor drawback is light source can seep through from behind if one is shooting away from a wall or strong backlight source. Lightweight easy to pick up and move throughout the studio. 5

[Solid Gray] This is just what I needed, I bought a few Savage vinyl backgrounds with similar themes but this is much superior. First, unlike Savage the images on B&H are very accurate. This is a high quality background, yes it is pricey. But I bought a few cheaper backgrounds that I just won't use. We do a lot of business headshots so this just slips in, no need to hang it each time. B&H shipped same day and it arrived in Canada in about 2 days by DHL. 5

[Solid Gray] I have the manfrotto ezysframe vintage background Pewter, I also have concrete, tobacco and olive as well. I cannot tell you how important of a purchase this turned out to be it is my most used background very durable quick to setup and take down; very light weight and I discovered by turning by nanlites rgb tubes onto the background produces an amazing gradient. I hope to add crimson and aubergine to my collection. 5

[1] I bought this on sale and am pleased with it. The cover clips into place stretched tightly with no wrinkles. You definitely need the support arm or some other way of holding it up securely. 5
