A: The R/S function is shared within the EXT port. Any reference to the RED KOMODO's R/S port is going to point to the EXT port. The Tilta Nucleus-M Run/Stop Cable for RED KOMODO uses the EXT port on the RED KOMODO.

I use this cable (Tentacle to RED KOMODO, SKU: C21) with my Sync E and Komodo, which shows proper configuration with a small green "TC" indicator on its screen. This cable is thin without being fragile or flimsy. The cable sleeve is high quality and reinforced with a thicker and sufficiently long secondary jacket on the LEMO (male) end to protect against the flexing at that high stress part of the cable. On the mini-jack end of the cable, the 90 TRS (male) connector is also very high quality. Perfect (40 cm/ 16 in) length for my use: with the Lanparte bracket for the Sync E affixed to the left side of the cage I use on my camera. Right side or top placement instead would work as well. I have attached a few photos. Recommended! 5

I've been using it to connect my Komodo to a V-Mount battery on a Ronin RS2 Ring. I didn't have any issues so far. Length-wise also works very well, with some extra cable in case I want to do more extreme movements with the camera. 5

A specific tool for a specific job. Does what it says it'll do. Really wish you didn't need a specific cable to run timecode into this camera but here we are. 5

Works fine. I use it for steadicam when I need to power the camera from my rig. it's also nice to get the battery away from the camera for car mounting and other use cases where weight is a factor. 5

Great cage for the Komodo. I needed a cage that would work easily with the expansion module attached. The bottom of this cage is it’s own separate piece and easy to remove. It works well with the expansion module. Plenty of 1/4 20’s all around to mount accessories to. Two thumbs up... 5
