A: It certainly can hold a speed light. I am using it with an Atomos Ninja Blade and a Sennheiser shotgun microphone attached to it. However, it is not very sturdy and for controlled situations on a tripod only.

Q: 7. While tightening the center screw to fasten the grip to the crane it snapped in half. I managed to get it out easily but I need to have the same screw to continue to use the dual grip. Where can I buy the replacement screws?
