[Clear] The Palma is a fantastic e-reader and it feels great in your hand. It’s lighter than I expected which makes it great for reading in bed or just one handed operation in general. I had been using an older model kindle for years and decided it was time to upgrade, I’m so happy that I did. The performance is impressive for an e-reader and having android as an OS makes reading on different apps and platforms easy. I’m no longer locked into the Amazon eco system and I’ve been using Everand (formerly Scribd). Even getting on the internet and reading articles is a great experience on the Palma. The backlight is brighter than I’ll ever need and the battery is outperforming my expectations. If you’re looking for an e-reader for one hand use I highly recommend it. [0.125 lb] I’m a bit of a gadget nerd, and while I didn’t *need* something like (I have a smartphone and a Kindle), I’ve been very impressed. Nice quality, reasonably quick, clear display, and better battery life than any smartphone with the same portability factor. Google Play works flawlessly for installing third party apps—and the screensaver graphics are gorgeous.

I love my Kindle Paperwhite, but it's kind of awkward to with one-hand and I always hit the power button on the bottom of the device. This is much easier to use and using the volume buttons to advance pages is a game changer. It also runs the Kindle and Moon Reader apps since it runs Android 11. Awesome device and highly recommended.

Wishes. It comes with very few apps installed so you have to build your own baseline. Makes for a fairly boring out of box experience.
