[256 MB] My problems were in getting the printer setup and printing. Specifically installing the software. I am not new to this having done IT work previously. This is obviously a new machine and that seemed to be the major problem. Plus I was hampered by slow download speeds as I have a satellite connection. First off I couldn't find this printer to load the proper software, it was the second day before I found it. I kept trying to install the software and drivers but the data was not getting to the machine, no drivers were installed. On the 4th morning I went to the support site and got a new front page which took me to the downloads for this printer. Most of this was the same methods I'd been following already but there was a difference at the end because this time all the data transferred to the machine like it was supposed to. This machine prints documents very fast and full page photos only slightly slower. The images are very sharp and clear. The photos print exactly as the original. Now that it is setup I am very pleased with this product. I think Brother specifically provided me with new software that worked. Perhaps I was among the first to try and load this software and the process had a glitch or two. So, Thanks Brother for the assistance. 5

[25 to 400%] We decided to upgrade Brother inkjet that had worked flawlessly for 10 years. We chose this model and love the improvements this had when compared to the last one. Speed and print quality are excellent. We like the online features like being able to email a file to the printer and having it print. Dual paper trays are a plus since we use 2 weights of paper. And we've had no issues feeding ledger size using the manual tray. 5

[200 Numbers] This is my second time buying a Brother MFC line all-in-one and is my go to now. Being able to setup remote scanning where the printer emails you what you scan is a life safer. Add in the face that you can have three different types of paper on tap to print from makes this a true powerhouse! 5

[33.6 kb/s] This was the easiest printer I have ever set up. It works consisting and doesn’t lose connection. I previously had HP printers but they were all very finicky and required manual adjustments. I’ll never go back to HP. 5
