[Yes, Removable] Items were out of stock when I ordered. It was a lengthy wait, but I believe understandable, due to the shipping conditions during the pandemic. B&H emailed a couple of updates on the progress. When the grids came in, they shipped fast considering they had to cross the border. [3.5 lb] For a great price. The only thing you might want to bear in mind is its not quick release, so set up time/ease could be troublesome. Very soft, even light. 5
