Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What is the temperature rating?

A: 32 degrees or warmer. I wore them with temperatures in the 20's and felt I needed a little more. Overall, they work well to be able to operate the camera.

Q: 2. Does this work with the Flashpoint version of the AD300pro? The connection pins in the image look different, particularly the bottom pin.

A: Yes, the Godox Flash Tube for AD300pro Flash Head should be compatible for use with the Flashpoint XPLOR 300 Pro TTL R2 Battery-Powered Monolight.

Q: 3. What is the measurement from middle finger to wrist?

A: On the size small - it is 6 1/2 from the tip of the middle finger to the top of the wrist.

Q: 4. Will this cage work with Nikon D810? If not, please provide suggestion for cage options.

A: The Small Version of this cage is too small for the Nikon D810. Consider the medium version instead.

Q: 5. Are these gloves waterproof, or does the fleece feel “soggy” when used in the rain and/or snow? I’m interested in these gloves as my go-to gloves while shooting outdoor photography and would like to know how they’d hold up against the elements.

A: Hi, these are fleece gloves, so they are not waterproof and probably not the best (without some type of waterproof outer glove) for very wet conditions

Q: 6. Does it come with a pair of left and right hand gloves?

A: Yes, this offering comes as a pair (left hand and right hand).

Q: 7. As there does not appear to be any ventilation on the modifier, is there a wattage limit to COB power to avoid damage?

A: Yes, the LightBank Mito Air Tube Modifier (1 x 4') does not have ventilation. Based on experience we recommend not exceeding 200-300 watts.

Q: 8. will the any size MVCCS work with the Panasonic GH4 with the YAGH attached?

A: No. You will need the large variation of the MVCCS to accommodate the additional height of the YAGH unit with the GH4.

Q: 9. Can you wash these gloves?

A: Yes, one can hand wash the Freehands Women's Unlined Fleece Gloves. It is adviseable to air dry the gloves and not shrink them in a "dryer" machine.

Q: 10. Is this available in an extra-large size? I bought the Large, but they are too small.

A: Yes, the Freehands Men's Stretch Thinsulate Gloves are available in X-Large and XX-Large sizes. Please see the following. http://bhpho.to/1c8a3IW

[Black] Got these because I had very thin merino wool liners and had to wear them plus other gloves. Got these to wear at the Conowingo Dam to photograph the Bald Eagles there. Wore them on 37 degree day with light breeze off the water and these kept my hands warm for 3 hours before I had to turn on my rechargeable zippo hand warmer. I only have to use the hand warmer because I’m standing still for 3 hours. If I have moving around more I’m sure the warmth would have lasted longer. Touch screen portion also works good enough on my pixel 3xl with a glass screen protector. Glad I invested in these.

[Merino Wool] These liners are warm, well constructed and have a number of desirable features. Touch screen finger tips, sleeves for chemical hand warmers and rings to clip them together/to your pack or gear. I ordered a pair of Heat 2 mittens in a size larger to go over these and really provide warmth/protection.

[Merino Wool] These replaced fingerless gloves I had that were made of similar (same?) materials, but were another brand, and were lost in a flood. The size chart lead me to order XL size, which is quite snug. Hope with some wear they will loosen up some.

[0.105 lb] I have used the Heat Company gloves and wanted to try a heavier liner glove. This glove does the trick. I have found them to be comfortable down to 40 degrees F. I have cold hands. When these are added to the Heat Company 3 mitten I am comfortable to below zero.

[Merino Wool] Perfect for cold days when you need to adjust your camera or phone. They can also be worn under the Heat Company Shell Mittens during very cold weather.

[0.105 lb] I use these liners with the Full-Leather Shell. They perform very well and allow me to operate my cameras when the shell is in the open position.

[Black] Nice addition to my bag for cold-weather shooting. The little pocket for tucking in a hand warmer is very functional, and it's nice that they fit comfortably under a pair of gloves/mittens.

[Black] Bought these for an upcoming photo workshop in upper BC Canada for Lynx and more. Temps can get down to -20 to -30C. They will be paired with the Heat Co. mitts. My fear was that I would not be able to feel the back buttons for focusing that I use on my Canon R5. These buttons are rounded, tiny and barely protrude out from the camera body. I am very relieved that these gloves work amazingly well for that purpose! They are also very soft and comfortable. The stretchiness is gentle and yet sufficient to eliminate wrinkles and bunchiness anywhere. I couldn't be happier with them!
