[2.015 lb] I'm a backpacker and I carry a small tripod with quick release clamp because it's no fun screwing a camera onto a tripod over and over. I also carry extra quick release plates for my fellow hikers to borrow, so they can share the tripod. In the past, I've had to carry an allen wrench to attach the QR plates. It's easily lost and can poke through backpack or pocket, damaging it. Thinguma to the rescue! It fits on my keychain-- which I always have on me. As a bonus, it will also open my bear canister. So no need to carry a tool for that, or always have a quarter on hand. 5

[2.015 lb] This little tool fits perfectly on my keyring, and is unnoticeable. The construction is extremely robust. Very unique in its ability to tighten my hex screw on my camera plate even though the hex end is not actually a hex. Has saved me on multiple occasions where I needed to switch plates or tighten a plate and I did not have an allen wrench handy. Also can be used on slotted screws. Not cheap, but when you need it it is priceless. I've found uses for it outside the photography industry as well. 5
