[Yes] Both this fluid head and tripod clearly tried to do something different. Whether that's a good of bad thing, I leave that up to you. For the tripod the first thing I noticed was that there's only one set of release tabs for both stages. I thought this was a mistake until I realized that loosening them and tightening them effects both stages. It's a novel design, but I kind of like it: one less thing to do and undo when raising and lowering it.

For the fluid head again something I noticed missing was the fluid/drag adjustments. But when trying the head out I noticed that the speed at which you whip seems to effect the resistance on the pan and tilt of the head. Over all it's definitely a different design than I'm accustomed to. It takes some getting used to, sure, but considering the huge weight capacity for the price, I think it's an amazing deal!

Fluid head quite nice. Great for my DSLR rig. I'm not new to film/tv but new as a shooter and this feels like a great investment.

Wish it had a way to quickly do "Dutch" shots but might just be my inexperience.

[Flip Lock] I bought this tripod for video, after using standard photo tripods for many years. The center spreader makes it easy to move the tripod on level floors without re-leveling, and the double legs resist the torque needed to pan and tilt the camera. Two stages are much faster to set up than 3 or 4 section legs.

The head is surprisingly good, considering the price. The fluid dampening is good, and the counterbalance spring works well with a Sony A7Siii, large lens, and V-Mount battery.

[3] I've worked with Manfrotto, Benro, and Libec and I like this tripod best.

[Yes] I've NOT found any better under two pound super-light weight tripods than these. My B cams are mounted on them. Dependable sturdy legs and unusually good fluid heads yet so inexpensive and with a 5 years warranty! The negative: non-removable heads.

[Yes] I have not had great experiences with tripods this size and price. Not in this case! This tripod delivers! I love it. It is perfectly crafted, compact and performs well. Typically, pan and tilt has glitches with similar tripods. Not with the MUFA. Perfect pan and tilt. I can’t say enough great things about this tripod.

[Yes] I've owned 4 of these for almost 2 years now and have put them through some pretty strenuous shoots and have had no problems. I was super skeptical when making the decision to buy and have not regretted it. These are every bit the head and sticks Sachtler systems are at half the price (no offense Sachtler, I love you too). I have put full size broadcast cameras with 40x barrel lens rigs on them with no compromise in stability, smoothness and support. Same with larger (17) prompter systems. Comfortable spring settings, pan and tilt tension...easy leveling, stable arms, smooth plate slide adjustment, extra bolt storage, solid locks on the leg stages...I'm completely satisfied with them.

[Yes] Everything we needed, except the kitchen sink.
