[Yes] The heaviness to it is nice. When you move it, it feels solid and not shaky. Goes in your backpack or luggage very easily. There are negatives but if you aware of them before buying you can make a workflow work for you. If you plan on shooting an external audio mic on top of the camera, be aware that it may pickup the gear wheel sound in the slider. If shooting lav or boom for most of your videos you are gravy. It also helps to by a tabletop tripod so you can use the slider on the ground or tables when a tripod is not necessary. I like this slider for the price, and a good stand-in until you can upgrade to the Edelkrone motion kit.

[Yes] The Libec NH30 supports my Canon C300 MK III without issue. It is a smooth operator and has been found to be dependable.

Game Changer!

[+90° to -75°] Ok so I have owned several tripods over the years. Most recently I have enjoyed the Manfrotto situation but kept having the same complaints, there is no fast adjustment so I found myself just compromising and not changing my shot. The release for tilting was on the right side of the head instead of the left and the release for panning was awkwardly underneath it. Since switching to Sachtler I've never been happier. The legs are fast and accurate and hold the weight of most set ups. They don't sag or drop over time either, the flowtech is a strong hold. Now to the new Aktiv Head. This thing is incredible. The ease of taking the camera from sticks to a slider is amazing. The strength an fluidness of this head is unmatched. I know it's a lot of money but this tripod is one that you can keep forever and it will stay relevant for a very very long time. Would highly recommend.

[Yes] I've owned 4 of these for almost 2 years now and have put them through some pretty strenuous shoots and have had no problems. I was super skeptical when making the decision to buy and have not regretted it. These are every bit the head and sticks Sachtler systems are at half the price (no offense Sachtler, I love you too). I have put full size broadcast cameras with 40x barrel lens rigs on them with no compromise in stability, smoothness and support. Same with larger (17) prompter systems. Comfortable spring settings, pan and tilt tension...easy leveling, stable arms, smooth plate slide adjustment, extra bolt storage, solid locks on the leg stages...I'm completely satisfied with them.

[Aluminum] I've only used it twice so far, but it's perfect. As a one man band, it's so easy to use, lightweight and smooth as can be. Did I hesitate when looking at the price tag? Yep. Is it worth it? Completely.

[+90° to -75°] While tripods are not commonly referred to as the *most* exciting piece of gear, I'd actually say, with much confidence, that this Sachtler aktiv6 flowtech75 system is actually my favorite piece of gear I own. It's reliable. It's light weight. It's durable. It just works every single time. And, best of all, t's as smooth as can be. The combination of the aktiv6 head and the flowtech75 legs are just magnificent. To be able to shoot extreme high angles to extreme low, floor-level shots, this tripod system suits every need, every operator, every camera and every single situation. I have experience using other brands and models from Manfrotto, Sachtler, Benro, etc., and I can confidently say that there is no other model or make on the market than can remotely compete with this one. Do yourself a favor and add this to your arsenal of equipment. Way to go Sachtler on this incredible achievement. Highly recommended! 10/10.

After testing the tripod out in person at B&H in NYC I knew that I wanted it. Knew that I needed it. This tripod is a game changer period. It's the perfect compliment to my Sony FX6.

However, I'm at the point where I don't want to keep buying a new tripod every 2-3 years so I figured I'd go for it. It is super simple to use and it makes my setup time so much faster. It is extremely versatile and very strong and sturdy. I like how quickly it can be balanced and I know I can trust the head to hold the weight with no problem. I almost purchased the carry handle because I didn't know it was in the bag.
