A: I wouldnt advise this for the NTG1. This is designed fro the MKH60 which has a larger diameter and is longer. Here are two good options for the NTG1 Rode Blimp System (Item# ROBLIMPR) Rycote Super Shield (Item# RYSSKM) Both of the above options are also far less expensive than the Sennheiser as with the Sennheiser you will still need to add the Grip and the wind muff in order to use this.
