The 11" long, green CAMVATE 12G-SDI BNC Protector Isolation Cable 11" Greenfrom CAMVATE 12G-SDI BNC Protector Isolation Cable 11" Greenis useful for use with your ARRI Mini or RED KOMODO camera to prevent current leaking into the camera's video output from damaging your downstream equipment. The cable features a BNC male connector at one end and a BNC female connector at the other end, with the BNC female housing having a through-hole for mounting. The cable has a built-in circuit board that isolates the female BNC from the male BNC to prevent current from flowing through the cable.

A: The AJA KUMO 1616 will route the signal coming in to the desired output but no changes will occur in frame rate or format.

Q: 5. What size crimp die do I need for this connector?

A: Size .187 crimp work perfect!

Q: 6. Do these sleeves have a self-sealing glue strip?

A: There is no glue strip on these sleeves. The prints would load from the top which open ended.

Q: 7. Can someone kindly help me with the specifications of Fibre cable (150meters) and connectors I need to use this with 3G SFP?

A: The Blackmagic Design Mini Converter Optical Fiber 12G-SDI requires the SFP. The Cable would be single duplex fiber cable with LC connectors. A: No, the ClearFile Print Protector "envelopes" do not seal.

Q: 9. Can a car roll over this?

A: It has a 2000 pound capacity. However it is really designed for walking traffic. We would not recommend it as a viable solution for roads.

[1x BNC Male] Using this to feed 12g signal to a shogun inferno. Like low profile cable and robust connectors. Signal is great and it’s perfect for my use. It is short on length so I’ll need a longer cable for other situations. 5

[0.15 lb] I've always really liked these cables since I started using them for HDMI a bit ago. Now that we've moved into a RED Komodo package and Vaxis Storm 2000 TX/RX my HDMIs have been sadly sitting in the case. The second I saw that these were in pre order I grabbed a few! Connection is solid, barrel is just the right length, and the wire itself is that classic thin ZILR cable we've grown to love on the ronin/movi pro. Highly recommend for gimbal ops and anyone just wanting a clean, worry free 12g sdi solution. 5

[1x BNC Male] Very please with these sturdy, flexible, short cables. Zero cable memory and perfect to connect cameras that are close to my setup. Helpful for monitors and other gear too - when you don't want these thick, stiff cables all over the place. Rated much higher than I currently need, so future proofing as well. 5

[1x BNC Female] We've been using this to provide a direct feed to monitor from our RED Komodo when mounted to our vehicle rig and so far it's working exactly as it should. Have yet to try in Canadian cold winters but time will tell how it holds up in minus temperatures. Another positive is the flexibility of the cable itself in that it's not too rigid interfering with the gimbal motors. 5
