A: I purchased the FastFire III w/picatinny mount, but ended up removing the Picatinny and purchasing the mount specific to my Ruger Mark III. Much cleaner lower profile installation. I believe there is a S&W mount. Threaded portion slides into dovetail then mount attaches with 2 or 3 screws. Easy..no gunsmith required.

A: The only information Trijicon provides is that the Trijicon Dovetail Mount for RMRcc Red Dot Sight on Kimber 1911 and Ultra Carry BH #TRAC32101 • MFR #AC32101 replaces the rear sight on Kimber 1911 and Ultra Carry pistols in order to mount the Trijicon RMRcc Red Dot Sight. Professional installation is recommended.

A: Im not sure what you mean by slick topped rings. But if you are asking do we have the same type of mount without the Picatinny-Topped Rings, yes we do. I have attached two versions below.

A: Never mind, just noticed the part number provided (420588) is the right one for 30mm medium. Believe the correct height is 0.81 rather than 0.77 .

A: To use the Burris Optics FastFire Mount (Sig Sauer P226, Matte Black Steel) on the P226 X-Five, you will need to remove the mounting screws on the underside of the pistol in order to mount a red dot sight.

Q: 9. Is this scope magnified ? If so to what power?

A: The Burris Optics FastFire III 8-MOA Red-Dot is 1x magnification.

Q: 10. Can this be mounted on a camera's hot shoe?

A: There is no hot shoe or adapter mount available.

[0.1 lb] Goes perfectly with my 16” barrel BCM. Very easy to sight in. No problem getting 1/2 dollar groups at 100 yards, once I found the right ammunition. Same performance as my friends Nightforce, at less than 1/2 the cost. Would recommend in a heartbeat! Really love the CQB reticule. Extremely clear glass! Only complaint, did not come with lens covers. 5

[0.1 lb] Nice overall optic for the price point. Glass is clear but I had to adjust the optical focus to fix the fish eye view. You can’t beat this kit for the price. I do like the XTR ii model much better but this one is half the price. If it’s going on a gun that you shoot a lot, buy the xtr ii. If it’s for a gun that is not used very often or you don’t have the cash for the xtr ii, this one is fine. The optic is very nice and you wouldn’t know any difference if you have never looked through a xtr ii. 5

[Steel] I bought one of these for my super blackhawk. I love the 3moa refined point of aim. The optic is a great profile for the revolver. I really like the optional hood. 5
