This main transmitter switch and HDBaseT receiver kit supports up to DCI 4K60 video and provides both HDMI and USB-C inputs, HDMI and HDBaseT outputs, and Dante and analog audio embedding and de-embedding. Control options include front panel buttons, web GUI, RS-232, USB-A KVM, and via IR remote control. It is HDCP 2.2 compliant and features advanced EDID support for compatibility with most displays. A: Unfortunately we do not carry any battery brackets for the Lumantek SDI to HDMI Converter with Display and Scaler at this time.

A: You will need an encoder.

Q: 5. Can I add an 8 channel audio mixer?

A: Using the MIDI or RCA input you can feed additional audio.

Q: 6. I wish that the switcher had a designated Black button. How do you users feel about the twist to black set up? And WHY a twist to white ????

A: I agree, a rotary knob to fade to black (or white) on a HD switcher does not seem quite right. What I have done is mix to any unused input, which gives a nice smooth fade to a very solid black. Of course, if all 4 inputs are in use the only option is the knob.

Q: 7. I have a dumb HDMI monitor, not a TV. Will this device extract the audio without audio feedback from the monitor?

A: The DVDO HDMI 2.0 Audio Extractor is capable of extracting 2 channel or 5.1 channel audio from an HDMI output device while still passing the audio with video over HDMI. To avoid feedback to external audio monitors, turn down to 0 on any audio from the source and destination display.

Q: 8. Any one use V1HD with the midi visual control. I want to connect to a roland SPD sx with MVC control. But I can't make it , the V1HD midi setup is simple.Any one have experience on that?

A: I have not connected midi, but I have had a long run around with several other audio input devices. My experience has been somewhat traumatic as I have found that the Roland V1HD does not seem to mix well with some devices and I have had to go through intermediary systems to get an acceptable (not excellent) audio quality. I'm saying this only to encourage you to keep researching because the right answer will probably save you headaches down the line.

A: We do not have any information from Osee about an SDI version of the OSEE GoStream Deck HDMI/USB Live Streaming Video Switcher Kit. The OSEE GoStream Deck HDMI/USB Live Streaming Video Switcher Kit can record a single stream to the SD Card which is selectable in the settings. You can record any input, AUX, Program, Preview or Multiview.

[DCI 4K at 60] Device arrived promptly, packaged nicely. Very easy to set up and worked perfectly. I installed this on my rack for my control 4 system to be able to distribute my Apple TV sound through different rooms in my home. 5

[Yes, HDR10] I had previously bought an audio extractor from elsewhere that met all the specs but did not work on the Apple 4K TV. It was able to extract the audio (2-ch) but could not pass through the video at the same time. I had to return that one. After much hesitation, I went ahead and bought this unit, and it works as advertised! I'm also using AVocation matrix switches for both the HDMI and audio outputs, and the signals are getting through to all my TVs and speakers. I put the EDID on 2-ch, FWIW. 5

[DCI 4K at 60] This switch box was better than I thought it would be. It has a remote control included to switch between inputs. But as it turns out I have not needed it yet . The box automatically changes input when a device powers up. Plug and play easy install. 5

[Yes, HDR10] Our use case is driving two large 4k TVs in a conference room. We have a wireless streaming device, a Blackmagic SDI-HDMI converter, and two wall-plate HDMI inputs coming into the switcher. Sources are a mixture of HD, and 4k signals. A previous matrix switcher was unable to consistently negotiate the EDIDs and we were dealing with constant connection issues. So far, this A-Neuvideo switcher is functioning flawlessly. Things I love: * Solid construction and simple/clear controls * Not only an IR receiver extension, but two IR transmitters included so you can pass power on/off (for example) signals to your display devices * Included mounting brackets (metal, not plastic) and hardware * Web interface that just works and makes configuration and troubleshooting much easier * Included remote isn't premium, but a much better build than previous switcher * ~1-second signal switching time across all four inputs * Price was excellent given the feature set * Standoff screw posts for each HDMI input/output for HDMI cables with a screw lock to prevent them from wiggling loose Things I wish were different: * Phoenix connectors on the back make sense for serial connections, but seem unnecessary for analog audio - RCA or stereo connectors would have been preferred, in my opinion * Blue indicator LEDs are a little too bright and cast significant ambient light Bottom line: We haven't had this switcher long enough to comment on longevity, but if it continues to perform at this level we will be very happy. 5

[HDMI RJ45] The monitor switch does EXACTLY what I need it to do. Even with different monitor settings, the switching is smooth and quick. And the little remote makes switching even easier. 5

[HDMI RJ45] Purchase to split the Apple 4K audio in my Control4 home automation system. Worked flawlessly without issue. I am able to split the audio signal depending on where I am watching the Apple TV, this does not mean I can watch Apple TV simultaneously multiple rooms. 5

[Yes, HDR10] Nice and small, so easy to tuck out of the way. The inputs in the back and output on the side (right side looking at it from the front) are easy to cable manage. Automatically switches to the active input if only one input is active. 5
