A: Unfortunately the Ruger 77-22 does not have a Picatinny or a Weaver rail for mounting the rings.

A: The Burris AR-P.E.P.R. Scope Mount comes in either the standard mount or the two quick release levers. If you look at the product page you can see both versions. There are several boxes where you can make your selection of tube diameter and standard or lever models. B&H # BUARPQDSM1

A: The HP Quick Release Bracket 2 should be compatible with any standard 100 x 100mm VESA compatible monitor.

A: Im not sure what you mean by slick topped rings. But if you are asking do we have the same type of mount without the Picatinny-Topped Rings, yes we do. I have attached two versions below.

A: Yes they Fit a 1 In tube,they fit the Dovetail groove on top of my Remington Receiver on my 22 Pump,Not sure of Design of receiver on your Marlin 60 and Yes they are a set of 2, hope that helps,I like the Fact I can use my Iron Sights without removing the Scope.

A: The distance of the Barska 30mm X-High Riflescope Rings to the center of your scope will be 1.45 inches.

[Weaver] Burris Signature scope rings allow the shooter to do things that no other scope rings can. First, you can align your scope tube perfectly to your point-of-impact without adjusting your windage/elevation dials, using the Posi Align inserts. Second, your scope tube will never be damaged by the scope rings compressing/marking the scope tube. And thirdly, the Posi Align inserts grab/hold the scope tube stronger than any metal scope ring will. Signature scope rings are THE BEST out there, and they are the only scope rings I use. I have at least 20 sets of them in use. 5

[Yes] Absolutely love them, I have Burris Signature rings on all of my rifles: 4 x 1 and 2 x 30mm. Brilliant design allows mounting scope in perfect alignment with out any damage to scope or need of lapping rings, not to mention capability of adjusting point of impact with different offset inserts. 5
