The Eartec EP4LZ Evade E-PAK 4-Person Intercom System with Lazer Pro Headsets provides event coordinators, houses of worship, production teams, commercial venues, and more with an easy-to-use, full-duplex intercom system that delivers reliable performance at an operating range up to 900 feet. The system includes four E-Pak transceivers (one main and three remotes) and four wireless bone-conduction Lazer Pro headsets that connect to the E-Paks via Bluetooth. Frequency hopping technology ensures dependable performance by automatically switching to a clean frequency when interference is detected. The system can be expanded with additional E-Paks and headsets (available separately) to accommodate up to 9 users at one time.

These lightweight, digital beltpack transceivers weigh only 2.5 oz and can be worn tucked inside a pocket or clipped to clothing. To operate, simply snap in charged LiPo batteries (included), turn the units On, and pair with the included Lazer-Pro Bluetooth headsets
All radios in a system automatically connect, providing an open line talking pattern for up to nine users within a 900' range (line of sight, terrain dependent).
Battery life is 6 hours and recharge in 3 hours.
A 10-port battery charger and a small, padded soft case are included.
E-Paks feature field-programmable circuitry, so smaller systems are easily expandable to accommodate up to 9 total users.
A mute switch conveniently silences the microphone signal whenever necessary.
Volume is controlled via simple up/down punch buttons.
The transceiver is silicone sealed for use outdoors in inclement weather conditions.
E-Pak transceivers also feature dual-pin 3.5/2.5mm jacks that allow them to work with wired Eartec Cyber headsets (available separately).

A: First, please make sure that your current system has "HD" written on the earset. If this is not the case, then you would need a whole new system. If it does, then in order for you to use 6-7 headsets at one time, you would need to purchase a HUB and an additional 3-4 remote headsets. Please keep in mind that the HUB will be replacing your current Master headset. Here are the sku's B&H # EAHUB, and BH #EAULDR.

[800 mAh] These are pretty good they work right out of the box with little to do. The batteries i received lasted 8 hours so remember to buy at least 4 more backups with this set so they can last all day. 5

[Left Side] Another advantage is that we can add to this as our team grows or even go to the Hub for including other backstage techs. Just one little thing that would be good - small buds instead of overear for our feminine, hair conscious members. Maybe even a bud port in the EarTech.... 5

[Open-Ear] If you're on the fence, I'd highly recommend. Super light and pretty comfortable, connection was rock solid in my experience. Setup is a breeze and it's so simple even directors can figure them out. Time will tell for durability but they hold up great so far. Other reviews have mentioned it but there's a small hum while they're on, you don't notice after a minute but that's the only complaint I could have. For the price, these are an absolutely fantastic addition to your kit. 5

[4x Beltpack] For a couple of years, we used handheld radios with wires. Our team didn't like the wires as it is normally tugged during work. This wireless system is so seamless and keeps everyone on the same page. It adds 10x the production value. 5

[Mono] We previously had used the comstar package and we periodically had problems with our headsets breaking. Usually it would be the mouthpiece breaking, and we would have to send them back to be fixed. Not to mention they were very bulky and we constantly were having to check if our coms were on/tell others that their coms were left on. The Hub headsets have a much smaller form factor and are much lighter on the head. We really like that it will automatically mute when you put the mouth piece up. Makes it so most of our communication isn't telling others to turn their com off. It has been great thus far! 5
