My business partners and I love this product because it does everything that it says it will without any hassle. To bite a tag line from another company: It just works. Honestly, it's a good value, and a good product. It works with any space we have to work in, is easy to pack and move with us as we travel across borders. We're always on the move, but this MagiCue Prompter is not at all a hassle. And even better, since we do travel a lot, it's durable. It's taken a lot of rough travel, and it keeps on going. It's compatible with all of our technology, and we really view it as an integral part of our set up. I can't see how anyone would be disappointed with this purchase. It's definitely helped us step up our game.

[170 x 160°] This product worked amazingly with our HDMI compatible set-up and hasn't failed us once in the last 6 months we've been using it! It completely eliminated our need to use paper scripts allowing us to perform updates on the fly! It helps our anchors stay focused on engaging the student viewers by not sifting through notes and gives a more improv feel for humorous segments! We are about to start a pre recorded station at the school with our fine arts department and we will be ordering at least two more!!

It also works with just about any camera, on the market: from Mini DV cameras to ENG cameras. Another great thing about this teleprompter is the fact that it can be paired with virtually any accessory or other component, such as a beamsplitter, light stand, tripod, etc. also, you can position it without using a riser, which means the camera remains stable while you lower the hood and the pad for more convenient viewing. This teleprompter's LCD monitor features composite inputs, as well as VGA, DVI, and HDMI, making it compatible with pretty much any device ou want to use to read from. The beamsplitter glass features 60/40 positioning, meaning scrolling text can be displayed on the prompter from as far away as 15 to 17 feet. Additionally, it comes with software that's compatible with both Windows and Mac. The prompter chassis is especially durable, made from tough carbon fiber. It's also lightweight and has a sleek design and structure. The chassis actually comes fully assembled and you can easily fold it down flat for convenient storing and/or transporting. I recommend this teleprompter as a good value for the price paid.

[26 W] As head of the media production department at our local college we are constantly coming up with different projects for the students to do. This prompter is perfect for our video productions! In the past we have had to have the students write up cue cards on huge white paper, making it difficult and very time consuming to create even the most basic of videos. Not anymore!! We just hook this up to our laptop and in a few minutes everything is ready to go. Having both Mac and PC's at our availability, we utilize the fact that the prompter can easily go from one format to another without any compatibility issues. The camera is able to stay stable while the prompter can be adjusted for each student's individual needs, fantastic! The fact that the prompter travels easily was a must. We shoot on location, as well as on set. It is extremely durable (even with the students packing it around), very easy to fold. I was surprised how compact and lightweight it was. It enables us to quickly pack up and go. Easy to read, easy to make changes on the fly, portable and durable. Exactly what we were looking for!
