[1.74" / 4.41 cm] The only reason for my returning this item is, I selected the wrong size!

[Carbon Fiber] Attached this adapter to a pair of 10x50 binoculars, then mounted it to a pan/tilt head tripod for the Annular Solar Eclipse. As a safety note, the binoculars were fitted with certified solar filters. The adapter attached easily and solidly to the binoculars and the tripod head. It was in continuous use for 3 hours and there were no issues with it.
I consider it a very good purchase.

[Carbon Fiber] I purchased this column to replace the original column when I am making low to the ground macro images. I also am using this for bird images on the water when I want to be at the same level as the birds. It really makes a big impact on my images. Viewers feel drawn into the image. It was a great buy for my kit.

[Carbon Fiber] Bought this hoping it would fit an Induro CT314 Carbon Fiber tripod.
It fits great !!! 32.20mm/1.27inch diameter X 136mm/5.36inch tall.
Base-plate: 69mm/2.71inch diameter.
Excellent quality, works for getting the tripod low to the ground. Very nice with Acratech leveling head.

[Carbon Fiber] It's light and it works with my Induro 8X CT-314 tripod. That's all what matters.

[1.74" / 4.41 cm] I purchased my Induro CT314 tripod more than 10 years ago, and I wasn't aware that Induro was defunct as a brand. Fortunately, the B&H search function allowed me to find this Benro column and the reviews and questions posted confirmed that it was compatible. Unfortunately it was out of stock. So I checked other vendors - same everywhere. The Benro website said expected availability from them was in August. So I put in a stock alert here and received a notice that it was back in stock last week, so I ordered. It is as other reviewers have posted. One comment, the original (long) center column had a rubberized surface on the mounting plate with one set screw. This one has a metal surface (guessing aluminum) with 3 set screws which require a different size hex wrench than was included with the tripod. There is no wrench included with this column. [I see it's no longer in stock 3 days after my delivery. The expected availability from Benro is still listed as August '23.]

[Carbon Fiber] Ordered it as a backorder, it was quite a while but its very worthy. Great product in a very reasonable price. I cant wait to use it in the field.
