The 4.92' Grimm Audio TPR8AES 8-Channel AES-EBU Cable 4.92'is an eight-channel Twisted Pair Reference cable, using a DB-25 connector to eight XLR AES-EBU connectors, four male and four female. This reference quality cable is heavily shielded and well twisted to provide high RF rejection and ultralow microphonics.

A: According to Technical Pro, the Rack Mount Ears are removable. The Width of the unit will be 17".

[24 AWG] First find out if you need the impedance matching feature (many don't). That, being said this little guy is solidly built and reliable. We used it to split our mic out to a recorder and speakers (both had their own mixers). 5

[Neutrik] Needed to feed an AES-EBU signal to two inputs - this cable nailed it. Both sources are clocking perfectly, audio is pristine. Saved me the cost of adding more digital IO. Really handy. 5

[Neutrik] This XLR to BNC impedance transformer worked great for embedding AES/EBU audio into an SDI for a Blackmagic ATEM switcher. I did however purchase the Male XLR version and should have gotten the Female. It will work with a gender adapter with no issue. 5

[Neutrik] I use this and a couple cables between my Behringer X32 and my Blackmagic ATEM Television Studio digital input and I was able to get the audio track direct. I am working an issue with syncing audio and video but I think that is an ATEM issue. 5
