A: It broke on me the very first time I picked it up by the strap. The roll pins the hasp pivots on are not peened in properly, and a few swings of the hasp backs the pin out and it detaches.

A: Unfortunately we cannot test these items. The Benro PC-0 is discontinued and the screw is a special-order item. It would be our best guess that the sockets underneath the pan head would be the same and it would be compatible with this screw, but you should contact the original manufacturer to get the exact measurements and specifications.
