Be sure that the USB-C cable that you are using is designed for data and power. The camera must also be put in UVC output mode via the System Setup menu under USB mode.

Q: 2. Can the XA60 use UHS-II SD Cards like the SanDisk 256GB Extreme PRO UHS-II SDXC? Can it read a 512GB card?

A: You should be able to work with UHS-II cards with the Canon XA60 Professional UHD 4K Camcorder. However, it will not take advantage of the speeds of UHS-II cards, and we advise against using them. A 512 GB UHS-I card is sufficient for the Canon XA60. Also, the XA60 offers relay recording, where you would work with two 256 GB or 512 GB cards in the XA60's dual SD card slots for longer recording times. A: To turn off the time code/date/time recording overlay on the Canon XA65 Professional UHD 4K Camcorder, open the MENU on the camera. Select Recording Setup and then OSD Recording. There you can select the option to turn off the visible overlay on your recording.

[Yes] We've been using this to provide a direct feed to monitor from our RED Komodo when mounted to our vehicle rig and so far it's working exactly as it should. Have yet to try in Canadian cold winters but time will tell how it holds up in minus temperatures. Another positive is the flexibility of the cable itself in that it's not too rigid interfering with the gimbal motors. 5

[Yes] I love Canare BNC connectors. They are well knurled and easy to rip and turn. The cable quality is the best in the business and the build quality is first rate. What's not to like? 5

[Yes] Having recently switched to these from another SDI cable brand, I was blown away. These thin cables are great to do runs with and don't snag too easily and are way better to maneuver, but what I love the most is the Neutrik connectors. Really helps to turn and lock things in with the extra grip, especially when things are tight like on the back of a rack or switcher. Have them in multiple lengths, no issues, Embedded audio sounds great, the picture is great. Only downside is if you are connecting these to some cheaper connectors, they can be a bit tight and hard to twist. Other than that, they are great! 5
