Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will the receiver fit in a half rack case?

A: Hello! Its 4,5 cm high x 20 cm width x 16cm deepth

Q: 2. What is the drive bay maximum drive height?

A: The QNAP TS-H1290FX-7232P-64G-US 12-Bay NAS Enclosure can accept 12 2.5" SATA III / U.2 drives.

Q: 3. Does it do summing in bridge mode to thru both channels from satellite unit to subwoofer unit?

A: No. When using the Crown Audio XLS 1002 Stereo Power Amplifier in bridge mode, the power of both amp channels is summed into a single channel, so only one output is available.

Q: 4. How many mic systems can be running on the same Band or frequency? I have 2 A band sets now and need to add two more mics.

A: The AKG Perception Wireless system offers 8 selectable carrier frequencies. In theory this means that 8 systems should be able to function simultaneously in each available frequency band. This would be under perfect conditions with no sources of interference. In order for you to have a more reliable setup we do not recommend using more than 4 systems or so in the same band which allows the additional channel selections to be used in case of interference or dropouts.

Q: 5. what is the distance of coverage?

A: Reliably up to 150' line of sight.

Q: 6. Is this ok to use for bag work? Would the proximity of this transmitter interfere with the receivers, I'm also carrying in my audio bag? Would the LMa model be a better solution?

A: I don't think you have anything to worry about. The systems you are using are about as good as it gets. They are all frequency agile and the system overcomes channel noise by digital encoding and decoding audio in the transmitter and receiver. That being said no wireless can be 100% fool proof. But what you are using is about as close as it gets. Even in the worst case scenario if you had an issue. You can always take a receiver out of your bag and put it in your back pocket. I think you should be fine and the LMa is unnecessary.

Q: 7. Can I use 2 of these for my Atmos speakers 4 speakers?

A: So long as your Atmos speakers were spec'd for a program power rating of 200 watts at 8 ohms per speaker, then yes this amp could work. To maintain 4 channel separation, you would want to run 2 amps for 4 speakers.

Q: 8. Does the cover have cut outs for wheels?

A: The bottom of these covers are open.

Q: 9. What are the dimensions of the diffusers? Only the dimensions of the box are given. (I want to know if theyll fit my Dracast LED 1000 lights.)

A: Dont remember but I had to cut them down just a little to fit it my elation 2000 lights

Q: 10. Please what is the inner diameter of this collar?

A: The Sigma TS-141 Tripod Socket is designed for one lens and is only compatible with that lens--the Sigma 14mm f/1.4 DG DN Art Lens, There are no published dimensions for this tripod socket.

[Black] I use my mats, duct-taping, re-gluing, taping paper to the mat, as long as I possibly can. I have a project right now with a lot of little fiddly pieces; a new mat made the process a breeze.

[17.28 lb] I've been working in live professional audio for over 20 years. I can say hands down these units are the best (small/medium) PA. I work at a university and we own 2 of the 3000 and one of the 1000 units. These have served 90% of all our needs. Just last weekend I ran the pair of 3000 for about 350 in a ballroom for our new student orientation and ran them hard ( Hard House, EDM and Hip Hop. They have built in limiters that help protect the drivers, but I did not even have to run them to limit. The coverage / intelligibility were fantastic for spoken word. Great units for the price and I only need to take one trip in the van to move the whole PA.

I will be ordering 2 more. Well done Turbosound for these fantastic units.good for Pro, church, or school.

CON:

Low end is lacking for our application, I would have prefered our pair of dual 18" subs, but the pair of 12" subs per side worked OK.

[Black] This product worked great on my EV RE-20 Mic. Brought it up to standard mic input line level on the mixer. No hum or noise at all!

[Black] Used these to go between xlr balanced mic cables and hi z unbalanced amp input. Excellent upgrade from using an unbalanced cable with an xlr connector on one end and a 1/4 phone plug on the other. These boosted the signal from the mics compared to the old set up. The description states 1/4 phone female but it is actually as pictured, 1/4 male.

[17.28 lb] Hosa always comes out with the clever products! If you are like me and have a cheap, effective video camera with an 1/8 mic input that only uses line level signal, this is the cable for you. No longer will you need to buy microphones with transformers built in! With this cable you can use your standard SM58 to get great audio in loud areas...

[17.28 lb] Works great for hooking my Hammond SK1 to my Motion Sound KBR-3D. Looks like it will hold up well under the abuse of constant gigging.

[17.28 lb] my problem was solved using these transformers. I was able to connect a low z input mic to a high z input on a presonus firebox, which gave me 4 mic inputs to record some drums. quality is sturdy and the mic cables attach firmly with a click..solid connection and a no noise.

[17.28 lb] If you want clean, higher level audio when shooting double system video with the H4N, or any hand held digital recorder with 1/4 line in inputs, this line transformer will bring audio, even from dynamic microphones, up to decent levels, by about (unscientifically calculated) 6dB, much higher than with the XLR inputs. You can now set your gain at 75-80 instead of 100 to get the levels you want. The Hosa MIT-156 does the same for recorders with only the 3.5mm stereo input. It is a gotta have for hand held digital audio recording with external mics. However, you will loose 48v phantom power using this technique. Make sure your condenser mics run off internal batteries as well as 48v phantom power.
