Supporting up to 24 lines / SIP registrations, this desk phone features a 5" color LCD touchscreen that allows you to quick access to your contacts while a dedicated Application button lets you join meetings with a few taps.

Poly HD Voice, Poly Acoustic Fence, and Poly Acoustic Clarity technologies help to ensure your calls are crystal clear. This IP desk phone can connect to your network through its Gigabit Ethernet port to transfer data and power over a single cable while compatible devices may be connected to the passthrough port. Or use the included power adapter. Other features include Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) support. There are also USB-A 2.0 port available for compatible headsets and storage devices.

[1x RJ9] I'm a 911 dispatcher and this was the first headset I was ever issued at work. After 7 years of almost daily use I needed another one. My department was no longer able to order them because it was discontinued thru the company they order from so I purchased this one out of my own pocket. It's a great headset! [Yes] I have used the Plantronics StarSet H31CD Headset for over 33 years as a 911 dispatcher. Obviously, I love this model. It is lightweight, very comfortable, and has good incoming and outgoing sound quality. I would highly recommend you purchase the extended warranty on it, though. I've had several of these headsets last for years, but my last one stopped working right at about 1 year. The extended warranty I purchased on it was well worth the price, as I got a refund on my full purchase price, and put that towards purchasing another one (for which I also purchased another extended warranty). 5

[24 (VoIP)] The Polycom Trio 8800 is by far the best add on to a home and business conferencing setup. It gives you the flexibility of connecting to a computer for a plug and play experience or configuring advanced features such as SIP for dialing into meetings. I use Zoom with a SIP setup and they seamlessly integrate dialing up via SIP and using my computer’s video camera. 5

[Yes] I use this headset in a call center and it is so lightweight I don't notice I have it on even after 10 hr shifts. I have been working in the telecommunications industry for 27 years and I can say this is my favorite. At each job I have had over the years I have always brought my own headset with me since most businesses do not provide StarSets. My older StarSet had a heavier connect cord and was always in the way, this model has a lighter cord and it doesn't kink up like the last one I had. I would recommend this model to anyone who spends a lot of time on calls. This is the next best thing to being cordless. 5

[Color LCD] I work as a technical director for live production. When we have to do remote shows (COVID era) we're using bluejeans or phone calls to communicate during the show. It has a warm, analogue, slightly fuzzy sound and is very good at communicating voice (not room reflections/background noises). This beautiful headset paired with the 3.5mm adapter has made my life so much better, and so much cooler. Me and Gene Kranz are wearing the same headset. 5
