Easily add height or surround sound channels to your SVS Ultra Evolution speaker system with the Ultra Elevation Speakers in Black Ash. The Ultra Elevation is a mountable 2-way speaker, with an angled front baffle, in a rear-ported, bass-reflex cabinet. They can be placed on top of other speakers to be used as height channels, or mounted to the wall or ceiling with the included mounting brackets for height and surround sound configurations.

The Ultra Elevation is comprised of a 1" Diamond Coated Tweeter with Organic Cell Lattice Diffuser for clear highs and smooth off-axis response, combined with a 5.25" glass fiber woofer to deliver accurate bass and midrange with a broad soundstage. The cabinet's angled front baffle allows for easy placement and optimal dispersion whether used in down-firing, side-firing, or up-firing array. Additionally, the SVS logo can be removed and oriented according to position.

Through a process called Vapor Deposition, a layer of diamond carbon is applied to the aluminum dome tweeter to vastly improve rigidity and acoustic properties. This breakthrough in material science raises the frequency response well beyond the limits of human hearing resulting in effortless, airy, and clear highs with no measurable distortion. The diamond coating also pushes low frequency extension of the tweeter deeper for more seamless blending with the midrange. An organic cell lattice tweeter diffuser protects the dome and employs semi-random patterns derived from organic cell structures to improve off-axis response and maximize the listening sweet spot.

Ultra Elevation offers easy mounting to the wall or ceiling with the included multi-angle bracket. The conventional approach to Dolby Atmos speakers, bouncing sound off the ceiling from below, requires perfect room conditions and frequency response limiting of the speaker. By placing Ultra Elevation on the ceiling, or high on a side, front, or rear wall, height effects can be enjoyed at full fidelity in any room, without the compromises of ceiling bounce or in-ceiling speakers.

An acoustically tuned enclosure optimizes low frequency tuning and eliminates any potential for cabinet resonances that may result in distortion. An integrated two-way crossover made with premium components seamlessly blends driver output. Precision-cast aluminum-alloy baskets ensure precise alignment of critical components and help maximize thermal dissipation.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What is the difference between LINE IN 3-4 and TAPE IN on Mackie 402VLZ4?

A: Tape in is just designed for playback and is routed directly to the output. Channel 3 and 4 is ballanced and will accept level signals.

Q: 2. Can I plug in a line level input from a mixing board?

A: Yes

Q: 3. Is it possible to have a mic channel only go through the aux without having any audio in the main mix? Think Talkback for aband.

A: No, it is not possible to assign a mic channel from the Mackie 802VLZ4 8-Channel Ultra-Compact Mixer to go only through the Aux Send and not the Main Mix.

Q: 4. Is it possible to have the tape input go directly to the headphones/control room and not to the main mix? I would like to record microphones with the music from the computer not showing up in the recording when using the tape input.

A: You can route whatever to the computer through outputs 3/4 separately.

Q: 5. Why are there 2 jacks on the front of the speaker?

A: The left jack can be used to connect headphones, the right jack is an aux input.

Q: 6. Does it work with a plug with 220V?

A: Hi Juan! The Z207 Speakers accepts total watts (Peak): 10W

Q: 7. What type of frequency is used UHF or VHF?

A: The Midland LXT500VP3 uses FRS and GMRS services which operate in the UHF band.

Q: 8. does these speakers come with amplifier?

A: No, there is no amplifier included.

Q: 9. can you add more radios to talk to ?

A: You are able to add unlimited radios to communicate.

Q: 10. I use wireless mics during video production. Is this a good mixer for that?

A: This mixer has good quality, clean sounding mic pre amp's, and would work fine for video production applications. In a situation where you have access to wall power, this would be a great mixer for two microphones.

[1.9 kHz ] I ordered these speakers to complete my A/V surround setup. They were offered at a great price, and the website and ordering/tracking process are well designed and customer focused. The delivery was very fast and the speakers match my other SVS Prime Elevation surrounds which are very high quality from an excellent company.

[Bass-Reflex] These speakers are perfect for anyone looking for real quality powered speakers that can be used for anything. They get plenty loud, bass is great for their size. Sound signature is warm and balanced, no offense frequencies. They sound 10x better than my 500$ soundbar, and i have zero complaints about anything they do, or don’t do.

[Rubber Feet] Package arrived well packaged and quick delivery from B&H. I've only had it for a few weeks but it has so far exceeded my expectations for this sub. Bluetooth app comes in very handy for changing and adjusting the settings without have to get behind the subwoofer.

[2-Way] I purchased the SB-3000 as a replacement for my SB-1000. Having similarly tiny footprints, I expected some noticeable difference, but nothing dramatic. I couldn't have been more wrong! I use it in a small dedicated home theater room measuring 3.1m(L) x3.4m(W)x2.7m(H). My system is calibrated to 79dBC which I have found resembles the perceived loudness the large commercial cinemas the most. Calibrating to 85dBC in my room would sound far louder than even IMAX. So theoretically, in a 7.1 set-up, I would be asking my subwoofer to output a peak of around 111 (99*7+109)dBC at the listening position. Other subwoofers at this price range might struggle with such demands, but not the SB-3000. In fact, even after calibrating the system flat to +/-3dB, I still found the system sounding bottom-heavy during bass heavy scenes, more so than I remembered hearing in IMAX theaters. And then I found out that in Dolby Atmos' specifications for commercial cinemas (IMAX doesn't release its technical specifications, unfortunately), the subwoofers are only expected to go down to 31.5Hz +/-3dB. Therefore, to make sure that movies sound as they were intended (in large cinemas), I have to apply a 32hz high-pass filter to my subwoofer. Imagine that! The subwoofer is so powerful that even after equalization, I still need a high-pass filter to reduce the low frequencies unintended by filmmakers! Now, I understand that some people like their ultra-low frequencies, and there's nothing wrong with that. But if you have a small room like mine, like to watch movies at IMAX levels, and is content with the amount of low-frequency output found in IMAX, then look no further!

[1.9 kHz ] I both the SVS PB-2000 for my home theater. I had some surround speakers, but something was missing. I got this bass and now I can feel like I'm at the theater. I can feel the bass in my seats. My theater is not very large, and this bass might be a little much for it, but it really does the job well of giving me the bass I'm used to at AMC.
