The Pro16 has been engineered with Active Frequency Hopping technology. A: Maybe. There is an interlink cable you can buy from Eartec, but you should confirm it works with 14 headsets (I've only used it with 10). Even if this works you need two base stations.

All the headsets are capable of two way communication with each other with no button pushing (push to talk) required.
