Performance-cores provide the speed to handle high-end games and demanding applications while low-priority and background tasks such as streaming video, playing music, and encoding media are handled by the processor's Efficient-cores.

The Intel Thread Director is built into the CPU's cores, working with the operating system to ensure each of the 32 threads are assigned to the right core at the right time.

This processor supports up to four PCIe 4.0 and sixteen PCIe 5.0 lanes, delivering 20 lanes in total for exceptional data throughput with compatible devices.

Intel Thermal Velocity Boost (TVB) is a technology that unlocks extra CPU performance by pushing the maximum frequency to 6 GHz when thermal headroom and turbo power budget are available. It is ideal for burst workloads that have sudden spikes in CPU utilization, providing a temporary performance boost to help avoid slowdowns.

Intel Adaptive Boost Technology opportunistically increases the all-core turbo frequency beyond previous Turbo Boost clock speeds, even when Thermal Velocity Boost conditions aren't met. Benefits can be seen with multi-threaded programs that scale with multiple cores, which includes many games. It can also help in multitasking situations, such as when gaming, streaming, and chatting all at once through different applications.

Gaussian and Neural Accelerator 3.0 (GNA) technology helps with noise suppression while enhancing background blurring during video chats.

Accelerates AI inference to improve performance for deep learning workloads.

[Yes] Quick delivery, best price. Product is NIB and works well. Installed it a couple weeks ago (from this review date) and am pleased with the performance. This was my first time buying at b&h and I'll be back.

[0.2 lb] I bought the i9-10920X as a replacement for my i7-7820X because I was in need of more PCI express lanes. Overall, it feels more responsive and the extra 4 cores are nice to have. However, if I was building a brand new machine, I would probably wait for Intel's next gen to come out.

[89.6 GB/s] I'll start by saying I have over the years gone back and forth between AMD and Intel with whoever has the best CPU at the time for my gaming habits. This later also expanded into some stuff like video editing and streaming from time to time. Though I still use my system for gaming 95% of the time.

That said I also love to build PC's and typically enjoy the higher end enthusiast builds. Because of this I have over the past 10 years been using Intel's HEDT motherboards like X79, X99 and now X299 chipsets. Currently running an X299 Asus Rampage VI Apex board I had originally purchased with an i9-7900X.

Based on this I felt an easy and now cheaper upgrade to the i9-10920X CPU would be the best route. Yes there are better AMD CPU's out there right now, but Intel still does very well in the gaming performance. So since this was just a CPU swap out for me it was the best way to go I could keep everything else in my system as is. This motherboard has been rock solid and only 2 years old at this moment.

I was not disappointed, this CPU works great out of the box. Has very good turbo features for those that don't know how to overclock. It will consistently run 2 cores at 4.8Ghz, 2 at 4.7Ghz, 2 or 3 at 4.6, and the rest at 4.5 down to 4.4. Using Intel Turbo Boost Max 3.0 software you can force older games that use typically 1 main core to use your strongest cores first for the extra speed. If the program/game has great multicore support then you have the 12 cores which really is plenty for gaming and enough for a good balance of production unless you crunch videos all day.

OC wise I have only messed with it some so far but it's not hard to get this CPU to 5.0Ghz on all cores with what I am using, a Corsair H115i Pro AIO water cooler.

[Yes] Hello, I am from Mexico and for a few months I was looking for this processor in stores in my country as well as online stores and I could not get it until I saw that B&H had it although at first it was not available so I had to wait, really the price was a little expensive due to the increase in the dollar and therefore with doubts to buy it because it was the first time that I bought a product from this store from my country, and because despite the time, the extra cost for import costs did not I regret it, it was a good purchase and I thank B&H for the service and the speed with which they send me the product, I will buy from you again is a fact.
Greetings.

[89.6 GB/s] This CPU is a monster performer, but most if not all out of the box configurations on motherboards are pretty horrible for it.

Fast, easy tips: set voltage offset to -0.125v (reduce to -.1, -.085, then -.075 if unstable). LLC Level 4. Disable enhanced turbo. You should be able to run it reliably at 1.31v, 5.68 GHz, and maintain 60-65C while gaming.

[10 nm] After 3 years of being on the 5700xt it was time for a change.

My current configuration
i9 9900K
64 GB of RAM
2 NVME drives
Be Quiet case, fans and radiator
2 monitors running 1080p at 240

I dropped the card into my system after making a small change to the bios to make sure it had the Resizable Bar enabled. It is crucial you have this installed or suffer a 30% decrease in performance.

I installed the card. The drivers were picked up immediately and I installed the Intel software followed by the Acer software provided on the USB stick.

First impressions. First is that in the 3 weeks of owning the card there have been 3 driver updates. I thought Nvidia and AMD were aggressive with monthly updates, but this is a real game of catch up.

I have played most of my library from classic 2000s games to present games like COD MW3, and they all work. I was impressed the extensiveness of the library of games supported. From a playability perspective I have noticed that on the higher games in 1080p ultra settings this card hardly gets hot and the fans a barely running, while the utilization is through the roof.

It is a great card for 1080p gamers who want the performance of 4060 and would like to save some money. The 16GB of RAM was a real determining factor for me in this purchase. I have seen first hand how only having 8GB in the major game titles impacts performance.

I don't what voodoo magic Intel is doing on their side, but it seems like the current generations of CPUs combined with the new GPUs is a real hit.

The only negative I have about the card is the perception. I think Acer has a great card for most gamers, but the marketing needs to be better.

[Yes] I'm not a super-duper expert but this CPU has impressed me.

I set the power limits to 253 and undervolted it -.1 and it got 39,650 in Cinebench R23. I was impressed.

I understand if you set the power limit to a buck and a quarter it can still outperform the 14700K run 253 watts. That is impressive. That will be my next test.

I'm using a 280mm AIO that I already owned. I would recommend a 360 or 420 however. P-Core 7 on mine runs hot and was throttling at 253 watts until I got my undervolt beyond .075.
