[APS-C] After reading several online reviews of the 7artisans 10mm f/2.8 Fisheye Lens, I recently purchased one for my Nikon Z 8. It does not disappoint. This lens is incredible and a great value! It is a manual focus lens, but if you are shooting anything farther away than a foot, just set the focus ring to infinity. The lens has almost no lens flare and you can get a beautiful starburst even shooting at f/8. The images I have produced so far are very sharp. It is also a great lens for night sky photography, giving you a very wide filled of view of the night sky. This lens stays in my camera bag!

[APS-C] For such an inexpensive lens, I keep expectations moderate, but this lens performs extremely well! Sharpness is better than expected, as well as the autofocus. Only issue is the noticeable vignette, but I really only notice it on shots with the sky. Otherwise, it does not bother me. It stays on my camera most of the time now!

[Autofocus] As a videomaker who is mainly used to using camcorders with built-in zoom lenses, having to buy prime lenses for a camera is a new, and frustrating, experience for me. All the good ones cost a hefty percentage of I paid for my Fujifilm SX-20, and all the reasonably-priced (under $200) lens I've found are manual focus/manual aperture! My first video shoot using one of these lenses turned into something of a disaster....


This TTArtisan 27mm APS-C prime lens that was recommended by various Fujifilm X-mount camerapersons costs $149, has autofocus (which no other TTArtisan lens I've seen so far has), and is possibly even better than advertised! I'm delighted at the quality of the images I've gotten from it, and even more delighted at the relative affordability. I'm even pleased at its low profile on my camera, given the 18-55 mm zoom lens that was part of my SX-20 kit, while excellent, stands out a mile from my camera.


I highly recommend this lens, and am BEGGING TTArtisan to please, please make a set of similarly-priced autofocus prime lenses of this quality.

[39 mm (Front)] Amazing lens, with amazing features, at an amazing price. I shoot mainly real estate media and the wider the better, this is the lens for my new Z6 II and soon Z9. . .agents noticed the difference right away and said they liked it. . .It's a HIT!! THANKS

[55°] I purchased the 27mm Titanium version to match my Xpro 2 graphite and it looks amazing in my opinion! I had the Fujinon 27mm pancake version before and I would say the biggest difference is only weatherproofing on the Fuji version, quality is comparable for my needs. Great buy, thank you.

[0.79 lb] This is my second time trying this lens, and I should have kept the first one. It has noticeable vignetting, but the sharpness more than makes up for it! This lens is way sharper than it should be for the price. The sharpness exceeds all of my expectations at all apertures. The vignetting is quite noticeable at f/2.8 - f/5.6 (or higher) but if you can get past that, you’ll be pleased with the images. The autofocus is quick and snappy, and it is super compact. Highly recommend, and be sure to give it a chance before discounting this lens!

[6] I am using this on a Sony A6400. I wanted a small/light lens to always have on my camera and be ready to go, an auto focus lens was a must as well. This lens meet all my criteria. It feels great on the camera, it focuses very quickly, it has great colors, and it is very sharp, very happy with this lens, I highly recommend it.

[39 mm (Front)] I purchased both the 10mm and 11mm Artisans and found the 11mm definitely sharper when comparing lettering at 400% on a calendar in a room shot, however at 4 inches the 10mm was amazing. Purely by accident while shooting tests with the 10mm with the Lumix S1r I focused the camera on a pad of paper I had written notes on in pencil. Along side of the pad were 8 or so new Dixon pencils with gold stamped lettering all sitting on a dining room table cluttered with computers etc. At f8 with the lens so close the background dropped beautifully, but what astounded me was the detail of the lead pencil writing on the paper the the gold leaf stamping on the pencils. Photo had Color, contrast and even a bit of micro detail in the paper texture and writing. Based on this and other tests, this is a great lens for very closeup experimental work. Colors are accurate and vibrant. Lens is seemingly well corrected for this type of work with Capture one correcting purple fringes. For room shots and sharpness stick with 11mm unless you need the extra angle.

[APS-C] Sharp lens! Easy to use. Great for landscape photography. It will be in my bag when I travel to Iceland in May 2023.

[6] The fact that this lens is so cheap BUT has a great autofocus and is decently sharp... it's fantastic!
The lens flares are super fun and are actually much more pros than cons for me.
The only thing that gets on my nerve though is the vignetting. It's pretty noticeable and often confuses me when trying to determine the overall exposure of the image.

My plan for it was to use it with an X-T30II to shoot JPEGs with some film simulations recipes. I'm still not sure if I can live with vignetting though. Sharing some images for your consideration as well.
