A: The still photo picture style will not affect the style of the video frame grab.

A: Canon's website indicates the camera has Auto Exposure Bracketing of 3 stops in 1/3 or 1/2-stop increments. Unfortunately, I have not found any information regarding Multiple Exposure with the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR Camera. As the camera has just been announced and is not yet available, Canon does not yet have the instruction manual for the camera on their website. Once the instruction manual is uploaded, we may then check to see if Multiple Exposure is included with this camera.

Q: 3. Is it as good as the 7d mark 2 for bird photography?

A: I have both. The 5DIV is without a doubt the best choice. The 30 megapixel sensor combined with a superior dynamic range make it the clear winner. The only advantage to the 7D for wildlife is the crop factor, but that is really meaningless because the 5DIV has 50% more pixels to work with

A: This camera uses UHS-I cards.

Q: 6. How many batteries should I get for this Camera as it seems it goes through them pretty quickly? Shooting a 14 hour wedding..

A: I also agree , it is incorrect that this camera goes through batteries quickly. Maybe you need to send it for service if that is the case? I have a battery grip on mine that holds 2 batteries and I shoot 2 all day weddings (700-800 images) on one charge. If I am doing smaller sessions (60-100 images) I can go for about 8-10 sessions.

Q: 7. What software is recommended for editing video shot with the 5D mark iv? Does Canon make video editing software?

A: Adobe Premiere Pro - allows you to import all types of video files and string them together to form a video. It also allows you to trim and edit the video files you make from the camera. It costs some to get but worth it. davinci resolve also works well. Is a major competitor to Adobe - is fast but has a steeper learning curve. Free if you don't mind some minor limitations.

A: This superb camera and lens comes with a Canon USA only Limited 1-Year Warranty. That means if anything goes wrong with the camera or lens that is manufacture related, Canon will pay for its repair. If you live outside of the USA, we suggest purchasing a Square Trade protection plan. That is good world wide. The Square Trade option becomes available when you place the camera into a B&H shopping cart.

Q: 9. I have never been able to get the autofocus to work very well for sports photography on my 7D. Only very few photos end are sharp. Should I buy a 5D, Mark IV or a 7D, Mark II to get better autofocus for fast moving targets?

A: I've used my 7D for many air shows, sport events, wildlife photography and never had a problem with autofocus. I used the Mark III since it came out in 2012 and now the Mark IV for about a month and I'm extremely pleased with the results. Autofocus is very fast with the III and even faster with the IV. Not sure what lenses you're using, but that could be a factor as well. I would also check my autofocus points. To make the jump from a 7D to the Mark IV just because of what you described, is a bit pricey. If you can do the upgrade ($$$) by all means do it. Keep in mind the Mark IV has a lower fps. Honestly, I never had an autofocus issue with my 7D and the above-mentioned cameras.
