A: No, it is not possible to use four separate Eartec systems simultaneously in the same general open space because they would interfere with each other. However, the signal is not able to travel through walls or floors, so if the systems are placed far enough away from each other with walls or floors between each system, they could be used at the same time. But in one open space multiple systems cannot be used at the same time. It is possible to link two Eartec Hubs together to create a larger single wireless intercom system that will accommodate up to 16 users.

Q: 2. Can you add headsets to this system?

A: Yes, there is a Master unit and slave units. You can add as many slave units as you need, just keep adding them once you turn on the master. This is a 3 person, but I own the four set - one master and three other units. My friend has 6-8 in operation at a time.

Q: 3. Can i buy this system and buy later more headsets? What's the límit of devices? Can I add a hub to replace the máster headset?

A: You can buy more headets at a later date. If using more than five headsets a hub is required. If two hubs are used you can have up to 16 headsets.

A: These products do not have IP addresses. They work via RF signals. You may work with 3 separate systems simultaneously.

A: Both the UltraLITE headsets and HUB utilize the same battery. Unfortunately we do not currently offer the replacement battery separately.

Q: 6. How many headsets can I add to the Eartec UL5S 5-Person Full-Duplex UltraLITE Single-Ear Headsets and still act as one system?

A: This system is not expandable and only works with the five included headsets.

Q: 7. Can you get program audio into these?

A: No. You cant.

Q: 8. if I buy UltraLITE 7 Person and then another 7 I can use the 14 together ?

A: Maybe. There is an interlink cable you can buy from Eartec, but you should confirm it works with 14 headsets (I've only used it with 10). Even if this works you need two base stations.

A: Yes, it works flawlessly. I use it in theater environment. All 5 headsets respond with clarity and volume.
