Twin Digital VRM design leverages 12+1+1 phases to ensure electrical throughput that can handle Intel Core, Pentium, and Celeron processors as well as extreme overclocking. DDR5 XMP overclocking boosts RAM up to 7600 MHz for enhanced multitasking and rendering performance.

Designed to maintain thermal performance and prevent system throttling, the AORUS ELITE AX's fully covered MOSFET heat sink, M.2 Thermal Guard, 6mm heatpipe, 7.5 W/mK Thermal Pad, and 6-layer 2x copper PCB work together to ensure that onboard components are safe under heavy loads. Smart Fan 6 application gives users the ability to monitor and operate connected fans to assist with cooling capabilities.

The USB 3.2 Gen 2 port has a throughput up to 10 Gb/s while connected to USB 3.2 compliant peripherals. With the USB Type-C connector, users can enjoy the flexibility of a reversible connection to access and store massive amounts of data rapidly.

With an array of RGB headers, you can use GIGABYTE's RGB Fusion and Control Center software to customize your rig with a wide range of colors and lighting effects, turning your rig into the centerpiece of your gaming room. UEFI BIOS settings can be easily accessed and allow you to fine-tune your performance profile according to your needs. A multi-key function reset button can be reconfigured to other functions within the BIOS to meet different user scenarios such as acting as an RGB switch, boot directly to BIOS, and enable Safe Mode.

Sporting an easy DIY design, the AORUS ELITE AX provides you with several enhancements that make the installation of components a breeze. PCIe EZ-Latch provides quick access to your M.2 storage drives and Q-Flash Plus enables you to update the BIOS settings with only a few power cables, RAM, and processor.

Q: 1. Will this laptop edit better and faster than the MacBook Air m2?

A: They are different devices, with different OS and ecosystem, it would mainly depend on the software, project and many other factors, like software optimization as well

A: This monitor has a power button to turn on and off. Instructions on page 24 of the manual.

Q: 3. Can i connect a thunderbolt 3 accesory to that Usb type C input? I'd like to know if they can work together.

A: This motherboard will not support a Thunderbolt 3 device.

Q: 4. Do the dashboard and aim assist features along with all the other features work with consoles or only PC?

A: The utilities software requires a PC.

A: Yes, the ASUS Pro B550M-C/CSM AM4 Micro-ATX Commercial Motherboard offers a UEFI AMI BIOS.

Q: 6. Do the dashboard and aim assist features (as well as all the other features) work with console or only PC?

[LGA 1700] I've built a lot of computers over the last 30+ years, starting with motherboards that used jumper settings. Builds keep getting easier and this one was the easiest of all.

Much of the basic tuning and setup with this MB is automatic. With only the XMP tuning turned on, my I9-14900 processor, with a claimed boost of up to 6mhz, was a solid 5.5mhz+ under 100% load. Improving the case cooling a bit may help, but the performance is already way beyond my needs and expectations.

There were only two issues encountered with the build. First was my using a several generations old GPU (980ti) which resulted in no video (am on a waiting list for a current version). Resurrected my old system, found the fix (flashed the GPU's BIOS), and was up and running on the new build in short order.

The other problem was a bug in the onboard flash program. Using the GUI buttons to progress through the flash process resulted in an error message. Found a several years old forum response about the same issue. The fix was to double click on the BIOS file name instead of using the GUI buttons. You'd think that a bug like that would have been fixed or at least the instructions would now say to double click the file name. But, no... let the peons suffer.

But I digress. I like the motherboard. Truly, the slickest thing is how M.2 SSD's are installed. Flip a tiny rotary lever and the included heat sink comes off. Insert the SSD stick, push it down, flip another rotary lever and the SSD stick clicks into place. The heat sink goes back on the same way. Too slick.

If I have a grip it's that adding M.2 SSDs after the install requires pulling the video card. Yeah, I know, waaaahhhh. :-)

Good product. Maxed out the heat during the burn-in and had zero crashes. I really do think I'm going to like this build!

Highly recommended!

[256 Mb] I got this for my first PC build. Although everything else was intuitive to install, I was somewhat confused by the EZ latch m.2 system. However, after figuring out my error (I wasn't pushing my ssd into the m.2 slot fully), it was really nice to use.

The bios is a joy to work with, and everything you need is findable in reasonable time. I was surprised to find RGB lights on the motherboard, but they look nice in my build.

Make sure to connect the antenna and update BIOS drivers, as well as be prepared to need a wifi firmware download to use it. Also, make sure to update all your drivers to ensure fan speed, cpu boosts, etc are correct.

[TPM Header] The motherboard is easy to handle and the ryzen 9 7900x is the best combo for my radeon rx 7900xt. It get the best workflow at editing in davinici resolve 18.6 and the dehancer fx in 4k resolution timeline.

There is no problem using the system with these 12 core cpu.

[Micro-ATX] One of the only AM5 B650M boards that has both optical and line outs. Has plenty of other I/O as well. Shipped version was 1.2, not the latest 1.3. BIOS as shipped was FB. Installed easily into Thermaltake Tower T200 case. My first gigabyte board in years, been ASUS for past 10y. The gigabyte BIOS was easy to navigate and understand. Updated to latest BIOS, changed to EXPO settings on my RAM, everything just works.
