A: The Wooden Camera Battery Swing does not have an option that would allow you to change the direction of the swing.

Q: 2. Just wondering if these things can be daisy chained - buy 2 and mount the 2nd in one of the 1st shoes?

A: Physically you would be able to connect one Vello V-Rig 4.1" Triple Shoe Bracket to one of the top three shoe mounts. However, you will have to be very careful with the weight of the items you use in that configuration. We also offer taller shoe brackets like the following if you were looking to add height. A: Mine came with a battery

A: No - but a live video stream is available when the camera is connected via USB to a computer.

A: The item is a bracket. If you are referring to the weight and how light it is, It is approximately 2 oz / 56.7 g

Q: 6. How high are the two mounts from the standard center cold shoe? I need to raise a mic so the windscreen is out of the frame.

A: Hi,The tallest one is about 80 mm (3,15 inch) and the lower is about 47 mm (1,85 inch) measured from the bottom of the cold shoe to the bottom of the shoes on each arm.I use a wide angle converter and an old Sony microphone that is not too long and that works fine. As long as you don't use a shotgun microphone it will probably stay out of the frame, but try so simulate it before deciding..!Kindly

Q: 7. Does this come with a 15mm rod clamp or do you have to purchase that separately?

A: No it does not come with a 15mm rod clamp, you will need to get that as well, I am using it with my C500 and Q7 and it works amazing no problems.

Q: 8. Is 4.1 wide from the centers of the 2 top shoe mounts? Would someone please help? Thank you.

A: No, it's 4.1 from the outside edges of the 2 top shoe mounts. It is 3 & 1/4 to the centers of the 2 top shoe mounts.

Q: 9. Can I do stop motion with this camera?

A: I don't think it has time lapse..unsure though. I don't have the camera anymore. It was fine for a while but I've moved on to the Hero 5 GoPro.

Q: 10. Will this work with a Sony RX-100 VII AND a Rode VideoMic Pro (since the RX-100 Vii does not have a shoe)?

A: This will not work if the camera does not have a shoe mount.

[0.04 lb] After searching for a dual mouneed battery plate it came down between the arri recorder battery plate set or this. Why I didn't go with the arri over this (though it would have matched my rig) was the price point compared to the articulation. The arri is built like a tank but the articulation leaves so much to be desired. It's almost like paying for a pivoting plate than one that can adjust freely to your evolving rig. That was why I went with this. It's quality is near top notch to arri, costs about 300 less than the arri to have a rod mounted system and I legitimately can mount it in any reasonable direction to offset weight on a shoulder set up. This is my second WC product and for what it is, worth every penny. 5
